It's like their last group game was some kind of rope-a-dope to give Belgium a false sense of security.
Yeah if they had a decent manager this Belgium side could be on there way to winning a major tournament but as long as they appoint poor managers who are punching above their weight they'll continue to fail on the big stage.
So far the knockouts have been all about the small nations unexpectedly beating the big nations.

And not as talented as they are made out to be. Carrasco, Witsel, Mertens, these are not world class players, and I think all of their CB's are wildly overrated. Hazard is a great talent but this is the moment for him to show he is a leader in big moments.
