ROFL. Chiellini's reaction is not someone reacting to a weak headbutt on the shoulder. It is what a person does with a feckin' wasp lands on you and stings you. Or, a fecking mole rat bites you.
One thing about Cavani, he always tracks back defensively. Admirable on his part, Suarez on the other hand not so admirable if he really did bite that guy.
Italy played better yes, but they only tried to atack when they recieved the goal, both teams seemed perfectly happy whit the draw.

It was a bite. A headbutt on a shoulder would have left no mark. FIFA won't ban him though.
If there's a ban it should be for the rest of the WC. There's really not enough evidence based on the video, Chiellini has clear bite marks.
