That was a fair red imo, maybe soft for some but you dont need to break the leg for it to be red, his feet had nothing to do there.
And on the other hand im still not sure Suarez did bit him, none of the camera angles show him actually biting, it looks like a slight headbutt and he did received a savage elbow, so we could call it even or show the red to both players.
