Straight swap for Claudio Bravo if you guys like. Pretty please?
Why does he have a slide and a trampoline?
Only if that also includes a swap between Aguero and Rooney.Straight swap for Claudio Bravo if you guys like. Pretty please?
Because he can. I'd have swings, a ball pit and a climbing frame in my garden if i had the room. Flowers are bullshit.
So you called it off, right?I wanted that shit at my wedding, but she wanted flowers...
How as nobody noticed...... 'according to the sun'

I'd be wanting to move to Madrid too. Lovely city, lovely lifestyle, lovely weather, and a team to grow old in. Sounds like paradise.
You're pretty naive if you think the club didn't air the possibility of that happening during the contract negotiations, in the aftermath of Madrid fecking up the transfer on deadline day. Would we've done it? Impossible to say, I'd expect us to be pragmatic. If we thought his contributions would outweigh the negatives connected with "losing out" to player power, akin to Dortmund, I think we would've played him. That's certainly possible, but do you think we would really have done that? He was benched whilst he wasn't fit to play on a mental level. If it was nailed on that he was leaving on a bosman, I don't think we'd bench him for a year, knowing how good he is and what he can give us.
Unless, of course, he'd been told "sign, or you're training with the kids until June", but I really can't see the club treating him that way. I predict we'd do with him what Dortmund did with Lewandowski, and play him until he goes. Perhaps I'm being optimistic, but I just don't see the club acting so vindictively towards a player.
Sounds like an advert for a retirement home.

Forget sentiment mate - you need the best you can getWasn't Kasper Schmeichel at the game last week? Gotta admit, if DDG does go I would love to see a Schmeichel in our goal...

I think he's as good as gone this summer. I don't blame him really, he's been a great servant for us these past few years and we've had our money's worth out of him but a young GK approaching his prime needs to be playing at the highest level and for the past 4 seasons, we simply haven't been giving him that level of football.
I just feel his head hasn't seemed 'all there' this season anyway, like he knew this was the do or die season for him in terms of deciding where he wants to be for 2017/18.
As long as we get a hefty fee for him from Madrid and sign a solid replacement, I'll be fine with it. Romero's been good but he's not a top-level GK. If he decides he wants to leave too, then we need to sign a cheap/free transfer veteran (30 plus) who'll be content to be a substitute or even give Pereira the second choice slot.
And what if de gea wants to leave?I don't think he'll leave this summer, Jose will just tell them to feck off
And what if de gea wants to leave?
latest I've heard is there is no release clause so we will ask for £60m, which I'm sure Real with say they wil pay and then like Becks give us £5.25p in five installmentsIf we get Champions League and he wants to leave that's fine, i would much prefer if he stayed and was jewel in our crown for 1 mor season but he's been an absolute stalwart between the sticks since SAF left and he owes us nothing imo. What's the release clause 60 mill? I'm sure we can acquire a top class talent and nurture another world class keeper (Bernard Leno) and even a top CB to partner Bailly.
This. I don't get itWhy are people wishing that we sign some average keepers like Butland, Pickford or Schmeichel?

Agree with this, we simply have to get a huge fee for him and invest it wisely in the squad. If we get Champions League and he wants to leave that's fine, i would much prefer if he stayed and was jewel in our crown for 1 mor season but he's been an absolute stalwart between the sticks since SAF left and he owes us nothing imo.
