It's not really a surprise he is so good a saving close range shots, he has so much more practice than most other goalies.

His kicking has really been awful this season, very good save tonight yes but his kicking is as bad as Pickford's and that's also very bad
He saves our arse again. However, his distribution really is shockingly bad. We have Smalling at the back who is a poor passer. We can’t have DDG doing the same, pressed to easily and gives away possession. Both need to improve.
