Anderson v Smith sounds good. I guess RVB, Taylor, MVG the other half. Bless your boss- been too long since Ando won something.
 
The quarter final lineup in the GSOD is as good as I can remember in the sport for a long time.

Friday November 17 (7pm)
Glen Durrant v Peter Wright
Mensur Suljovic v Gary Anderson

Saturday November 18 (8pm)
Phil Taylor v Daryl Gurney
Michael van Gerwen v Rob Cross

The one good thing about the snooker being in China is that I don't have to choose between the 2 because of the time difference! I will definitely be catching as much of those 4 matches as possible.

My missus was babbling on tbh, but I couldn't really tell what the hell he was on about?
No idea what could've riled Phil. MVG was fairly reserved in his histrionics by his standards.

Good start to the final. Was worried MVG might run away with it, as he has in some of their other finals.

@Robbo's Shoulder congrats on the promotion btw!

Cheers mate. Nice to contribute to sporting forums, love me darts, went to premier league in Glasgow every year when i lived there.

Never been to the PL. Have gone to Ally Pally three times and a Players Championship at Frimley Green. Also randomly had corporate gigs with Andy Fordhamx2 (knob when he was world champ, nice the next year when he wasn't and I won his shirt:)) and Taylor- rude wanker. Randomly had a beer with Peter Manley in Portugal a few years back too- was staying at the same hotel. He was a nice guy.

Weird QF line-up. Would be nice to see a Wade resurgence, but can only see Rob Cross or Gurney causing MVG a problem potentially.
 
Wow that 132 average set from Anderson. Would love him t9 make it three.

It is, but then London is very expensive. for a pint where I go it’s £3.05 for a pint. for a double vodka red bull it’s £3.20, at ally pally £12.50 as its 2 tickets for a spirit and 1 for a mixer/ soft drink

That's a very efficient way of doing things and I wish more popular sporting events did it! Most beer festivals (well around where I live anyway) use this system as it reduces waiting times, saves having to stock up multiple tills with loads of change and frees up the bar staff to pour more drinks.

I actually don't think £5 a pint for London is too bad although I still can't believe I'm typing it, remembering I could have got 2 or 3 pints for that when I first started drinking!
 
Adi’s hopeless form continues was 1 set up and 2-0 in legs went on to lose 3-1. Can’t see him or Wade being put in the PL after their 1st round exits

Didn't really come as a shock as you said his form has been woeful and you are right himself and Wade are not automatic for PL.
