Wait 8 years for one 145 finish at the worlds, now Hunt has hit the 2nd of this tournament

I can understand it (a bit) on an unusual finish, say 139, but not 85 ffs!A 145 and a 170 in the first two legs is some opening in the DVD-Hunt match. Decent match so far.
What a crazy performance that was by DVD . Hunt played so well and lost 4-0
DVD finishing under pressure is outstanding, 99 vs Cross to win the match with Cross on a double, 120 with Hunt well placed to win the 2nd set, 114 with Hunt on 25 to win the 3rd set. It’s what you need to become a winner
His heavy scoring and counting is amazing as well. DVD certainly has all the elements there and it makes him really good to watch.
Is this gonna come down to MVG vs Price?
I wouldn't take it for granted Price gets there at the moment. King would batter him on current form for starters if he can keep his concentration.
I hope VVD can keep this up, he's brilliant to watch at his best.

Not shocked but surprised Aspinall out. Has been patchy this year although.
Ando is going to blow this, letting Mensur's slow playing get under his skin.
This is why I bet on Mensur - this was always gonna happen whatever the result is.
Depends on if he gets past King. I would say on current form King is in the top 5 in the world right now.
It's annoying though- would far rather see Ando go out in a hail of 180s versus MVG or Price, rather than being bored into submission by Mensur.

I missed the second set thank god cos it was paused while I did something and the shitty Sky Q controls made me lose it.
Would be a miracle if Dolan can beat Price, even if he is off form.
