You'd want to be Ronaldo, right now? Is your acting pick Kevin Spacey?Weird choice, I'd probably pick Messi or Ronaldo.

Pfft,who wants to work.
He's not worse than present Valencia. He's better defensively than Young but offers even less going forward. Young's final ball is poor, but at least he stretches play and gives us the semblance of having width on the right which creates more space for our attacking players than they get with Valencia or Damian there. How can he be a worse FB than Young and Valencia ?
Given that Ed Woodward runs the football side of things, I wouldn't make that bet unless you would like to be homelessIt's a ruse from his agent to fish out a good contract at his next club. Would bet my house that article is bollocks.
For all the stick he gets, he’s a better defender than the likes of Young, Jones and Valencia.
Perhaps he was so long outside that team he didn't manage to learn the faulty mannerism. For all the stick he gets, he’s a better defender than the likes of Young, Jones and Valencia.

Ok Valencia subcided since last year but before that he was great.
Spoken like someone with inside knowledge of staff wages..We pay him what, £300k, a month not to play, yet the club can't pay the non playing staff a living wage which would cost around £300k a year. Pathetic all round.
Aye, we done something similar by getting rid of Blind. For all the stick he gets, he’s a better defender than the likes of Young, Jones and Valencia.
We should be keeping him and getting rid of all them other clowns.

Eh?
The club has around 900 employees. I estimated 200 of them are on minimum wage. And to increase their salary by £1500 would cost £300k a year. We can't do that but we can pay Darmian that a month to play 0 games most months. I think that is shocking to be honest.
Assumptions are the mother of all...How did you estimate that 200 staff is on minimum wage?

Let him go. Unless we play him 20+ times per season he's not worth keeping. I'd like us to sign Meunier to replace him.We are going to play him again this weekend, give him an extension and then proceed to get about 5-10 appearances a year.
It was a guess. Do you agree or disagree with my opinion?
Do you think it is good we pay Darmian, an average player who plays 5 games a season, £3m a year in salary but can't shell out less than £500k to pay all staff a fair salary?

But how do you know the staff is not paid a fair salary? And what on earth does paying fair salaries to staff have to do with Darmian's salary being discussed in Darmian's transfer thread?
