Th cuban regime is indefensible. Period.

But the people who go on about how poor cubans don't have enough food or medicine and at the same time support the embargo, can go feck themselves. They don't care for cubans at all, it's all about cheap shots at the left.

A massive shame they went for universal healthcare and education rather than extrajudicial killings and mass disappearings ala Argentina. While those you call lefties might sometimes exaggerate how everything smells like roses in those countries, our own system isn't that great either. You just need to look at streets to see what I mean.
