Martial comes in and it changes the entire complexion of our team having a no.9 with pace and energy and movement but is quickly shunted to the wing so LVG can find a job for rooney that he's not totally abysmal at. Regardless of the fact that he's played wide before him playing upfront was the biggest revelation to this united team in years and it's a joke that it has to instantly change to accommodate a now much inferior player.

I'm no fan of Rooney, but Wow. That's ridiculous. Rooney is out of form and poor, but Martial has a long way to go to claim superiority to a player who has won and achieved so much.
