This rule needs some clarification.
We repeatedly hear in the Twitter thread that we aren't allowed to discuss tweets, only post them. However in player transfer threads we're not supposed to post "news" from Twitter accounts either, since it's not deemed worthy of discussion, I guess.
Where are we supposed to discuss the content of tweets, and continue any conversations which arise from doing so?
