I also think he has an army of paid accounts (probably by his agent and not directly himself) supporting him by default. Not just for this specific interview of course. They have always been there to support the brand. It is sad, but this is the reality. I am pretty sure there are some in Redcafe as well. But this is the reality of social media.

I did post something similar (about suspecting his PR teams’ paid accounts) and was scoffed by the same few accounts I suspected

Who gives a feck. Is it supposed to mean anything?
No but his bio is pushing NFTs so he's scamming(wasting peoples money on useless stuff) potentially 500 million people... I don't know why this thread has so many comments. Let's all just Call him a narcissist twat and be done with it

I had reached the point where I just wanted him to move on to another team for the benefit of both United and Captain Narcism.

But with every word he utters, more and more I would like us to suspend him for the rest of the season and keep him away from the team. It's not my money, so keep paying him and not playing him!

So after angering every Man Utd fans out there, his instagram account went up and reaching 500m followings instead.
Hopefully these fans can start reading about his potential destinations and prepare to support that club!

Amazing how many teams are coming out publicly almost immediately to deny any interest in Ronaldo.

This winter will 100% be a redo of last summer, he'll likely end up opting for a romantic return to Sporting since no still in the CL clubs will have a sniff

And if that doesn't happen, then people like Rio would blame the club for not letting him go ignoring the possibility that nobody wanted him.

I guess he always has that 'selfless' angle. Move to Sporting on a very small wage just to finish his career off on his terms.

It would be the smart option really. Should massage his ego enough too with all the homecoming love he would receive.

The way the wheels have fallen off for him recently I have a feeling Argentina are going to win the World Cup with Messi taking POTT. It would just perfectly compound his misery.

Maybe it can finally translate to the transfer market and someone actually wants him.

I don't think he'd emotionally recover from that for the rest of his life.

Never thought I’d take such glee in such a thing happening, but it would genuinely be so fecking funny.

Honestly I used to be somewhat partisan and backed Ronnie because he was one of ours and Fergie loved him and that was enough for me but that’s long burned to the ground now.

Messi is a unique player and if he took them to World Cup glory I think he would be classed by most as the GOAT.

We want him gone not mentally destroyed. He's already likely to struggle to find a club in January that matches his expectations. He's going out sad enough as it is.

Yes the metric for whether or not you're a twat is definitely based on the number of Instagram followers you have.

The guy you are responding to has previously implied on this forum that fame, getting obscenely rich, and growing an Instagram following are things that most people naturally desire and will do almost anything to obtain. It’s a depressing window into what people value in their lives these days.

Why the United history with big names last years allways ends bad?

Louis van Gaal, left the club and said bad things about it.
Mourinho, left the club and said bad things about it.
Alexis Sánchez, left the club and said bad things about it.
Di María, left the club and said bad things about it.
Ibrahimovic, left the club and said bad things about it.
Lukaku, left the club and said bad things about it.
Pogba, left the club and said bad thing about it.
CR7, left the club and said bad things about it.

Are you noticing a pattern here? Maybe its not all the players fault, maybe there are huge problems to solve in the club.

The pattern is that all of these players/managers had massive ego's and got kicked out of the club in a bad way.

Would be great if some progress could be made in the legal proceedings just before Portugal are about to play so it is all overshadowed by the fact that he is a free agent in breach of his contract!

If we're playing this game, what about the big named likes of Van Persie, Schweinsteiger, Evra, Van Nistelrooy, Beckham, Rooney, Mata, Falcao, Ferdinand etc who also left, many under less than ideal circumstances, yet haven't said negative words regarding the club since?

I wouldn’t feed the trolls - he signed up one week ago and only has posts in this thread defending Ronaldo, he’s just another acolyte
