Garnacho is sadly a Ronaldo fanboy.
He’s a massive thundercnutNo need for that language.
I agree with this. I understand the club doesn't necessarily want to get tangled up in a drawn-out legal battle, but he has more than crossed lines here and they can't let this slide. He has chosen to make this dirty, so there's really no need to play nice anymore. Explore all legal possibilities and pursue them until the end.I'd love for United to sue him. Doesn't matter if he's in the top maybe 5 players to play the game, he is accountable by law.
There have been many defamation trials recently including Rooney vs Vardy (Wagatha Christie) and Depp vs Heard.
Ronaldo is essentially using defaming United for his own gain and throwing executives like Arnold under the bus.
I say go after him in courts and tarnish his ego, doesn't matter how well he has kicked a ball filled with air for 20 years. This is off the field.
What he accomplished on the field doesn't matter, there's no sentiment here he shit on the club, now the club can shit on him.
PrickHe’s a massive thundercnut
That's why Ronaldo hates his guts. Cop on.
That too.Prick
Either way Neville couldn't wait to twist the knife. Why do you assume that Ronaldo's supposed feelings toward Neville are caused by Neville? Isn't the opposite possible?
Either way Neville couldn't wait to twist the knife.
The argument...where would United have finished last season WITHOUT him? Well, you can't be answered it...
But with him they finished 6th!
The season before WITHOUT him they finished 2nd!
This season (if you listen to Ronaldo's camp then he hasn't played...so let's say WITHOUT him again) United are currently 5th!
So, it's not a great agreement for Ronaldo no matter how you look at it.
Not like he has constantly praised him, called him better than Messi and waxed lyrical about everything he’s done.Neville never liked Ronaldo though, he couldn't wait to get the knife in and twist it.
His elucidation of salient points regarding the particulars of follicle adornments sported by certain gallic born centrally aligned footballers was a true delight to be sureYes. His articularcy, his insight and erudition, his balanced and nuanced account of the respective stories of Liverpool and Manchester United, his moustachioed visage, his manly bonhomie, his good temper, and finally his sheer likeability had me convinced. Now all of us must deal with the bitterness of shattered illusions.

The piece in the Athletic today suggests there are clauses around doing what he did and it could be grounds for termination
So why are people still peddling this myth that he was our saviour last season and we would've been in a relegation battle without him ?
that tends to be some lazy media narrative. Even Piers said last night " you were scoring hat tricks for fun". No, you scored 2 hat tricks and one was against NorwichSo why are people still peddling this myth that he was our saviour last season and we would've been in a relegation battle without him ?
well he kinda was - what other attackers were good for us last season? Champions League alone he saved us multiple times.
Well said.I haven’t made one post in this thread. I am not a Ronaldo fan boy, but he is tied up in so many great moments for me as a supporter.
i really admired his drive, determination and the sheer arrogance to challenge a player like Messi at the very top of the game.
The fact that he was developed and became one of the very best, from an unpolished teenager at my club, felt so good. We watched it happen.
I still felt that he had something to offer and it was so incredibly nostalgic having him back. In an era of synthetic clubs and blandness, it felt like a special moment.
He had completely destroyed that now. He is completely and utterly unable to get over himself and give back to a club that did so much for him, even at 37 years old.
I was never a fanboy, but I was a fan, and loved seeing him return. It’s gone now though. Any admiration and respect I had for him is gone. He couldn’t have been any more childish and selfish and he couldn’t have done it with anyone lower than Pier Morgan. It is a snake’s move.
Whatever happens or however we do it, we just need him out of the club by the time the league resumes. It doesn’t even matter how we do without him, he is the only rat that counts now, and we need him gone.
It’s so sad that it is ending this way, but absolutely all the damage has been done by one man, and he doesn’t deserve to be at a great club like United.

YikesHaaland has the same amount of premier league hat tricks as Ronaldo and Ronaldo has played 200+ more games
I'm no Ronaldo fan and can't wait to see the back of him but Haaland is not or will never be in the same sphere as Ronaldo talent wise.Haaland has the same amount of premier league hat tricks as Ronaldo and Ronaldo has played 200+ more games
Well our attack was catered and centred around one man. So he saved us and helped us to our worst point tally in premier league history.well he kinda was - what other attackers were good for us last season? Champions League alone he saved us multiple times.
every time I choose to read some comments under a tweet or YT video about this whole thing, I can feel some of my brain cells die. To see the amount of people who will blindly back the narcissist and blame United for everything is baffling and, frankly, pretty disturbing. The cult of personality knows no limits ... can't wait to see the back of him and his cult.
That's why Ronaldo hates his guts. Cop on.
Do you think he could have had a negative impact on our attackers though?
If we had Cavani, Rashford and Martial last year and no Ronaldo do you think they'd have dipped that hard or did Ole try his best to accommodate Ronaldo?

Goddammit now Ronaldo has me thinking well done Simon Jordan. A new low

This season has been the perfect example to dispel the myth that Ronaldo was amazing and a net positive last season. He blunts everything around him to shine as bright as he can with not a care in the world to the team success.Do you think he could have had a negative impact on our attackers though?
