Probably not even the worst 90 minutes we’ve seen from him this season.

I don’t think that’s true, or at least I don’t think that’s his motivation, but I absolutely agree that he’s capable of allowing himself to believe it.Then we bring him back let him train with the u21s and waste 6 months of his career while Messi racks up more numbers. He can play with Huddlestone since he's so good with the young players. Then he can leave at 38 and see which side takes him.
Or.
He can just leave for free without us paying him off...
Pretty easy decision if you're Ronaldo.
But I think he actually believes in his narcissistic head that he can get the fans/media on his side, get the manager sacked and we can become the Ronaldo farewell tour.

Ha. Humbled.Okay after reading some more of the quotes I'll concede the criticism towards him probably is fair.
It's unbelievably narcissistic of Ronaldo to come out with this now in an attempt to remove the spotlight from Lindelof's excellent performance this evening

You mean he would siuu usPeople don't realize it yet but there's a good chance United would sue Ronaldo or vice versa.

What is Ronaldo going to sue us for? Cutting his toe on one of the broken tiles in the swimming pool?People don't realize it yet but there's a good chance United would sue Ronaldo or vice versa.
Nah. He looked a sap. He owed Ronaldo nothing. We looked better earlier in the season without Ronaldo and better again now.In fact all this puts EtH into better light than what otherwise would be expected. He tried everything possible to reconcile even gave him the captaincy.
He's handled all of this very well in my opinion.Ten Hag is getting stronger by the day.

If he does start him after this I'd agree.Nah. He looked a sap. He owed Ronaldo nothing. We looked better earlier in the season without Ronaldo and better again now.
It may do. I'd be interested in knowing the exact chronology, though. Why were United so doubting of their marquee player's explanation of why he couldn't train? I suspect the answer is because they were well aware he was trying to engineer a move before he told them about his daughter.
Is he an United legend though?
Not surprised. Upper management is shambles. When he came, under Ole, he was promised something. Then Ole was sacked and Ralph came in. He changed what was promised and got sacked. Then ETH came and same again. For a player promises has been broken. Im not debating whether Ronaldo is good enough or not, but the club has signed players and given promises which has not been kept for a long long time.
We've signed players for huge sums who ain't good enough for us to take the next step. The players aint in the wrong, it's the decision makers.

He must have caught a brain virus...
This must be some kind of a contract beach. His services are not required anymore at least. Just piss off, overgrown man child.

Oh feck. Forgot he was captain a week ago. Wonder when this interview was conducted?
That was my assumption, too, but up to now I didn’t realise his daughter had been hospitalised, so I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt on that one.He wouldn’t of missed pre season for the new club he wanted to join. Fact.
