Do you realize this was posted already 5 times in this very thread?
Why?We should play him in the early rounds of the Europa along with the kids. Then play the more serious players in the QF and beyond if we get there.
Two reasons:Why?
Two reasons:
1. No one is bigger than the club. He can enjoy the pleasure of listening to the Europa theme first-hand.
2. We can afford to play his static football in the early rounds but not when we meet the tougher teams.
That wasnt the point of people posting that in here. It was a counter to the whole "toxic" influence thats been peddled.Fecking hell he high-fived his team mates.
Hey everybody, Look. At. That. Amazing isn't it? You can tell he really means it too.
What an absolutely incredible person and hero. And a real human bean.
Mendes strung us along hook like and sinker with that City 'interest' that Pep debunked
The funny thing about this whole situation is how before the summer, all we heard from pundits is how Ronaldo is the last problem we have, how it's all about goals and he gets you goals, ... all that superficial analysis that made it sound like he is either our biggest problem or he is good for us. He was neither. The point all along was that he can't be part of a dynamic high octane team and that if we were aiming to be that, he can't be part in it. It was never that he was a problem in an underachieving team. The jury from the only qualified football people is out now, all the top coaches in Europe looked and thought he does not fit them. That was the message all along and the fact that he wasn't shit last year in a season when we were, does not change that.
I think it was a good transfer and without him we'd have been rock bottom last season. It's run its course now though.
People here just go with whatever report they want to be true. It could have been written by a kindergartener and they’d believe it if it suits the right narrative.
stumbled across this. They don’t know the camera is on them and it seems to be a normal atmosphere with him and the team..
Imagine the surprise of 37yo Ronaldo that there were cameras on him during warm up in the match against little Liverpool, shock! He high fived his teammates. What a legend!
He'll tell the whole story after September 1st.
Can you blame him for wanting to leave? Its almost fecking comical.
Phil Neville levels of cringe.

Which is hilarious in and of itself to be fair. If I were doing something important at work and one of the people I don’t like came over to high five me I’d just do it to get rid of them. That wasnt the point of people posting that in here. I seem to recall us doing alright before Ronaldo arrived. So not sure I agree with the “rock bottom” bit at all, Sham. Truth is, no one really knows. The goals he scored wouldn't all magically just disappear. When did Pep debunk this? He literally said everyone would want Ronaldo in an interview after.

Yes I absolutely would. What a fecking weird claim that is.No you wouldnt. The idea that Ronaldo is toxic for the dressing room is weird as feck. We even have reports now from his former Juventus team mates that there was never an issue with him.
I hope he leaves, because we play better without him, but to claim he is bad for the dressing room is nonsense.
Aurelio, you old slag. It's the Mendmeister general. Have you bought a striker yet? No? Good, don't bother. I've got the man here. He's perfec'. Will he do pressing? He invented pressing. [winks at Ronaldo and does the Pinocchio growing nose gesuture] Yeah, yeah, yeah, he's good around the dressing room, yeah. We'll get a highlights reel over to you this afternoon. I'm seeing you Sunday, aren't I? For my sins? How is Kalidou? He left you yet? ......... Yep, alright, see you then. (Hangs up the phone) He has left him. I forgot about that.

To get rid of them. It was literally the next five words in the initial post and should be obvious to anybody with any understanding of social situations. Why? Seems odd to high five someone you loathe..

I mean their only other option is to ignore him in front of the cameras and the fans which is just dumb.
It has been reported by a lot of people close to the club he isn't well-liked in the dressing room and that the mood changed for the worse the moment he got back from his extended holiday.
He isnt toxic cause he high fives his teammates.
Of course I'm not sure if he's liked or not but to claim its all well in the dressing room cause he high fived people is hilarious.

Would you believe them if they said he's adored in the dressing room? There have been several training videos this week as well. He seems to get along fine with team mates.
Look. He might be a right cnut but I am hesitant to believe anything about the United dressing room from british media.

Nobody's sure how he gets along, but the bit about high fives is, as I said, hilarious.
What I see though is him desparately wanting to leave at any cost. Which doesnt bode well for the season if he stays, not by his decision. No I wouldnt. We have had so many leaks about our dressing room and how the players feel about each other and the managers etc. that I just dont really think we can believe even half of it.
