Aye he was injured all season while still curiously never missing a call up for UruguayAgreed with most of your statement but Cavani was injured most of the season. Ronaldo’s presence had no impact on that. And nobody could have foresaw what would’ve happened with greenwood so we would’ve been extremely light in attack.
Zero offers
Thought as much. Pretty unprofessional though.Aye he was injured all season while still curiously never missing a call up for Uruguay
He simply downed tools and had little interest playing for us anymore after we signed CR7
It is absolutely crazy if all the noise coming out from his camp is true. What boggles my mind is that he wants to go to Atletico of all places and in the process burning bridges with us as well as Real to an extent. And on top of this his last ever World Cup is literally around the corner! Instead of angling for a silly move, pissing literally every United fan and becoming a meme in the process, shouldn't he just be focused on being at his best on the pitch when November comes around?
I do think there is truth behind the claim that us not being proactive enough in the transfer market is one of the reasons as to why he wants to leave. But if he's doing all this purely for another half a dozen Champions League goals... Jesus.

Erm, it’s not an obsession if it’s a fact. He would be turning 39 in that season. What is this cafe obsession with adding years on to players ages?

Smart kid. Siiiu 7 is his farewell.
Yes he was injured for chunks of the season but it’s also reported he downed tools for a lot of that time as he wasn’t happy when Utd brought Ronaldo in. We also wouldn’t have let martial go out on loan if we hadn’t signed Ronaldo.Agreed with most of your statement but Cavani was injured most of the season. Ronaldo’s presence had no impact on that. So when exactly did he ever press (not the pretend to press thing)? He's nearly 38! He doesn't press because he's looking after himself, which is fair enough. It's hard to imagine him suddenly pivoting his entire game cos some egg head from Holland wants him to.
I can remember Ronaldo taunting Torres at Madrid. He told Torres "Real Madrid will always be bigger, just like Man Utd will always be bigger than Liverpool."
No he's risking losing the legend status at the one club where is without doubt a legend.
These arriving at carrington tweets are too funny.

Some of our fans sure are! It's embarrassing!
You mean you don’t admire someone who is biggest inspiration and role model to you in your career?Doesnt change the point that “inspiration” does not equal to “admiring more”.
My secondary school math teacher was an inspiration to me when I was younger, however I do not admire her as much compared to my previous job’s manager, because he is extremely good at his job and is a great leader.
The point is, unless Haaland comes out and says who he admires more, no one really knows. Not me, not you, so all we have are opinions, not facts (which by itself can change over time)
Outcome of the meeting then?
**wrong answers only.3yr extension, massive event planned for his 40th.
**wrong answers only.
Think so? Or think he will be looking to mediate him staying on. I just can't see Fergie going in on Ronaldo.
Why is Ronaldo driving a left hand side steering wheel car in the Uk?
Of course not, but the prior argument to this is about who is being more admirable, but not necessarily who is being better. Haaland and Mbappe are just some good examples against the notion that Messi is far more admirable than Ronaldo among players etc. That has nothing to do with who is better. Ronaldo has played for 3 pf thr most popular clubs in the world. He has to be popular. But as a player he is and has always been Inferior to Messi in every department barring scoring goals.
If his heart is set on Atletico and they are interested, there may be merit to exploring a Griezmann swap. We'll need a forward, he isn't wanted there and is a Man Utd fan. I know his form has been quite poor but I don't see many options.
Go where?Have a feeling the club will let him go. Expect that in todays meeting he doubled down on his desire to leave, hence Mendes being present.
ETH wont want Ronaldo there if his heads not in it. That's my guess anyway.
