In a leaked memo the Glazers have told employees to expect a frantic summer as the Club attempt to win back disheartened supporters who have left in droves due to the lack of big money signing in recent years.
A source inside Old Trafford said a recent survey of United fans is responsible for the about-face in policy.
“We call it the Jew-kid phenomenon” he said. “Imagine a Jewish kid at Christmas, looking out the window, at his neighbours getting these flash new toys”
“Well that’s what it’s been like for United fans – you can win all the trophies in the world, but it means little if there’s nothing to show for it in the transfer window”

Players from Blackpool will surely be leaving like Adam, DJ Campbell. Also Brum and West Ham have some decent players, Parker, Zigic, Hitzlsperger, Green, Foster, etc.. all surely moving clubs.

Well SAF certainly has a strong case to make to the board now about the quality of players he requires is he is to take this current generation above Barcelona and it wll not come cheap.

We are likely to end up with De Gea, Young, Adam and Rodwell.
If we end up with Modric, De Gea, Young & Rodwell I'd be delighted.
De Gea's a terrific talent, Young might not be everyone's first choice but he would be a good option on the wing and SAF seems to admire Rodwell which suggests he has something special about him. Modric would be my muppet signing, don't care how much he costs - he would be the perfect replacement for Scholes.
