Honestly I found that kinda annoying after a while when he was coaching us last season (especially because stadiums were empty and you could hear him clearly on TV and across the whole pitch... with the roar of a full arena his voice wouldn't go past the wingback on his side I guess).
Constantly screaming commands may be good when you're defending a lead or you need to regroup, but done constantly is more like anxiety inducing noise, especially when building up and going forward, with all that incessant "closer! wider! here! there! double up! back up! rise! one touch! slow down! go vertical! don't risk!"
At a certain point you need to leave the players alone and let them free to trust their instinct within the frameworks you drilled in training during the week, and only address what they repeatedly do wrong or don't seem to notice... in big games especially, Conte's remote control was cranked to 11 in the first half hour of the match, and you could sort of see the agitation and hesitation on the pitch with the lads too worried about not doing the wrong thing.
