Well, I was assigned commentary duty for city v villa and got to enjoy that Liverpool heartbreak. I was then lucky enough to get assigned last night champions league final and I got to savour it all over again.

It's been a pretty good 6 days

EDIT: In fact, if anybody wants to buy a copy of the commentary for whatever reason. Let me know and we can work out a price
Did you by any chance have a really sore throat last night?

Were Loserfools favourites with the bookies before the match?
Fairly strong favourites going into all 3 cup finals, with pundits and bookies alike. Number of goals scored against the underdogs over these 3 games: 0. Strange. I always thought "great" teams turn up on the big occasions.

In the terms of trophies won what was better?

Liverpool who won a league Cup and FA Cup this season or In 2017 under Jose United won the league Cup and Europa league.
If you add finishing in the top 4 to Liverpool's achievements then they are on a par as both won 2 cups and qualified for the CL.

Are you a well known commentator then?

No im not well known, im just starting out. I work for a company based in the Czech Republic who provide commentators and i get fairly steady work. Usually between 8 to 10 games a month.
Did you by any chance have a really sore throat last night?
No actually. Which surprised me a fair bit.

I know all about the bitter rivalry you lot have with Liverpool but come on, have you no compassion?

I feel a bit sorry for any losing finalists, however otherwise you might dislike them.

For the love of God, can you not find a shred of decent human sympathy?

No, I will save that for those that deserve it

60-40 so not really strong favorites.

It is funny seeing everyone here give it large after being nothing but bitches for the entire season crying about how Liverpool's quadruple was inevitable. Vomit inducing. Don't even think the Liverpool fans went that far :D
Yeah unbearable, written in the stars, blah blah.
I always said it was not happening

They got everything their way. They even got gifted a decision in the final last night. The reaction is relief and enjoying taking the piss, seeing as all their fans, media and even players were giving it the big one about the quad.

I will always remember his celebration when he throws himself on the ground and look up.
No. This was I believe in the 1992/1993 season. Gooners can correct me.

Awful final until extra time. Heighway's goal was worthy of winning any cup final but Charlie's was even better. If memory serves, it was George Graham who got the equalizer. The only thing I remember from 1993 is us winning the title.

Lovely day today

On the day Ralf decides Salford Utd is not worth staying for? Just a waste of time club that will be lucky to finish top 6 again next season.

It's a good thing you and your friends quickly switched to becoming fully fledged City fans. Just in time. Now you can enjoy your lovely day. And my salty tears.

I just felt relief at the end. The Scousers should have won, but thank God Real came through. But we must be cautious here; as long as Klopp is there (and he will be there for at least four more years) they will be there or thereabouts, so we really need to lift our game. Them and City are a million miles ahead of us; let's hope Ten Hag can at last put us on the right course. Liverpool will reach more big finals under Klopp, a great manager, and we need to return to the big time asap.

You posted an angel emoji so I know this is just banter and you're not really fuming

They are the next Barcelona

200 million for Nunez, Diaz and Jota, losing Mane and Salah for free will bring them straight to the bankruptcy

FA should investigate about their transfer activity to avoid another Derby/Leeds situation

Honestly we need them to win more, get a gap at the top, RAWK needs to get to a place where they genuinely key just think they’re the best team.

Then the collapse will be sumptuous.
