College Football 2024

Can see him sneaking into the 2nd honestly. Given how QB's rise through the draft process.

He has suggested he's entering the draft, but it would be a bad decision imo. He could earn more NIL money by staying in college and playing for a major program like Georgia, Oregon, Florida State etc, and then potentially raise his draft stock into a more lucrative first round contract next year.

I agree with you - I think that would be his best option

OU and sensible Cowboys fans’ - of which there’s a huge overlap (bar maybe sensible) - hopes of Sark hooking up with Jerry in Dallas have been dashed. Not sure he was ever as high on the radar as Neon Deion or Moore mind you.

In other news, Ewers supposedly turned down a huge NIL transfer to make less money in the NFL.

What's the split in OK (if any) between Cowboys and Chiefs fans?

Historically…90 (at worst) to 10? Much closer cultural link to DFW, even in the NE population center around Tulsa. It’s integral to our recruiting.

That fandom split will have no doubt shifted in recent years though.

I think Jerry will ultimately hire Kellen Moore. He has a soft sport for former coaches and players and Moore is probably another Jason Garrett in the making and proper yes man.

Yes he could. Nothing like a yes man.

some times you need an asshole to take down the biggest asshole. This is one of those times.

That was a fecking quality 2pt conversion.

Irish acquitted themselves well on this stage. Was clenched the entire time during that run of theirs. Their last final showing against Alabama was a disgrace and scarred me mentally.

That said, Champions!

Ryan "John Cooper" Day gets a stay of execution until next year

It literally does not matter because you know and know that deep down it will always be hollow.

Oh hush man

As annoying and as infuriating that loss is still, it can't ruin a natty season, the same way the win for youse doesn't salvage an unranked season

The lack of a Big 10 championship is a big flaw though
