Good first few appointments, investment for improvements/rebuild of OT, positive messaging - and visibility- from Sir Jim; just all seems part of a proper plan.

It really does seem like there are reasons to be optimistic about the future of the club again.
The beginning of the end of the Glazer regime, finally.
The great thing about this is getting someone who will be actively involved and who has proper detailed plans in place taking charge of the football aspects of the club and not the people who turn up once a year for the cameras before pissing off to leave the important aspects of the club in the lurch.
We might actually be able to get proper business done in future rather than scrambling around like a bunch of janitors who have been given the keys to the entire company.
