UTD fans will always go to OT, no matter how we play who's in charge who owns it etc, I'm one up till about 2012 were I cancelled my subscription and didn't apply for tickets I haven't bought Official merchandise either since then, now that's just me.
You cannot have a go at the diehard UTD fans who are there home and away I love em to bits, the Glazers love the others who will go because they never Been to OT and want to go.. they come from all over the world.. utd could play the dog and duck and you'd get a full house or nearly, and that's why the Glazers are reluctant to get rid of it....

I do feel though this season will bring changes as we're not getting European football and maybe that's a good thing who knows.. SJR has some work to do if he buys in

That's the point about critical mass. Once sufficient numbers have decided that enough is enough and to either join in or step back, then there would be little need to stop other fans going in. Which is what I assume you mean by infighting.

We get there early and delay/prevent staff from going in. Delay team buses etc just make it really difficult to get the match staged on time. Keep it peaceful, but make sure the message is heard, loud and clear. I'm pretty sure 2 games in a row is all it would take to finally burn these leeches off.

For a few hundred people to achieve this would likely take criminal activity, as we've seen in the past. In sufficient numbers though, we can achieve this just by sheer mass. No hostility towards the club staff, other fans, or even the police, is needed.

you only have to look at what happens with disagreements on basic things between the main fan groups like MUST, The 1958, TRA. Nevermind plans to boycott a game which is the single most controversial subject of the lot, it has resulted in physical violence in the past between our own fans.

Then consider around 75k people have tickets for every match - many thousands of these are booking travel (many from abroad) and even hotels far in advance. You will get some of these to agree to give it up but nowhere near enough will be happy to do so.

And if by some miracle the fan groups got together and agreed on a way forward - the tickets are already paid for anyway so the Glazers don't lose a penny on ticket revenue, so doing this twice would embarrass them and probably get the sponsors on their backs but won't be enough to force them out.

The banning orders tend to be issued by Greater Manchester Police. Those with a Football Banning Order usually to have to give up their passports to police when United or England play away in Europe. It also comes up on a DBS (criminal record) check and can make it very it difficult to get a job or get you sacked from an existing. The police certainly wouldn't be tearing those up.

What exactly are we supporting now only a money maker for the Glazers? They have shown they dont give a feck so are the dies hard season ticket fans of old still clinging on to the history and legacy of Fergie years and the 50s/60s. Its not as if the team is in a temporary rut. Its chronic failure year after year and the signs are towards death rather than a recovery.

I need the information breaking down like this for something I'm working on. I roughly anticipate £9bn coming into the club directly/indirectly from fans, and Glazers directly taking £2bn out of the club with nothing in return (includes loading debt onto the club).

Obviously I know this only paints part of the picture, and the £7bn difference has been spent over 18 years panic buying, paying off sacked managers contracts, poor negotiating, letting record breaking players leave on free and generally piss poor club management. But I need to see a breakdown in these 3 areas (1) money coming into the club directly/indirectly from fans (2) money owed or going out of the club because of the Glazers and (3) money wasted at the club during the Glazers ownership to mask piss poor running of the club, because the Glazers know nothing about football or our club.

I think some, unlike yourself seemingly, have grown up supporting United as their local team and want to back the players, manager and club as a whole.

It's easy to sit back in an armchair and say what should be done but when your culture and heritage is interwoven with the club, you're going to support no matter what. You don't have to agree with the owners (and most don't hence the scarves you seem to hate so much) but to not turn up and support the team itself is an impossibility to matchgoing fans.

The Glazers hold the ultimate responsibility for everything wrong in this club, and they are vile, but at the end of the day they don't coach the team, pick the lineups, decide the targets, or interact with the squad, I have come to realise. And they and their flunkies are not going anywhere anyway. The manager has had enough agency provided to him, too much in fact, but that's how things work around here. I totally agree that the only thing that will change the dross effecting the whole club is the ownership/structure. It makes me not as bothered by our awful form, weak players etc.....I'm numb at this point.

Yes they have the dilemma but through history Utd fans will go to OT will go away will sell out there allocation and more ..these fans are the ones who are getting short changed more than most.

I feel exactly the same way. Discussing individual player and management issues feels futile and misdirected when the structure and very pulse of the club is so corrupted. The prospect of being a serious top-level club is simply incompatible with them remaining. We can certainly have great moments and runs in between, but it's hard to feel a lasting hope or encouragement from those moments because there's always that knowledge in the back of your mind that there will be not be any permanent turning point with them still around.

That's the point about critical mass. Once sufficient numbers have decided that enough is enough and to either join in or step back, then there would be little need to stop other fans going in. Which is what I assume you mean by infighting.

We get there early and delay/prevent staff from going in. Delay team buses etc just make it really difficult to get the match staged on time. Keep it peaceful, but make sure the message is heard, loud and clear. I'm pretty sure 2 games in a row is all it would take to finally burn these leeches off.

For a few hundred people to achieve this would likely take criminal activity, as we've seen in the past. In sufficient numbers though, we can achieve this just by sheer mass. No hostility towards the club staff, other fans, or even the police, is needed.
