So you’re saying he’s not even from the paper industry?

He also said he hopes it's true and checks the news every day.

Yeah but that's normal? If something is happening at my company only being discussed by CEO and their mates but we know something big is happening they won't say anything and we rely on leaks etc. But the moment someone I trust says something then I will believe it

Searching the other guy throws up a much older bloke than someone born in 1991 would be.. pretty sure it's the old man. That's pretty sus. But then I know they like to use the same names soooo... Still unsure for me.

Interesting development.

Is it 100% legit? Is this the same person or a relative. Only ask as the DOB is the same April 1982, and as has been pointed out, it's easy to register a company in the UK.

I presume it is legit, and they are the same person just one is using the full title and name and the other is not. Though it could equally be a relative.

The memo and articles are prepared by McFarlanes, the same solicitors that attended the Manchester meeetings.

I’m still expecting someone to come along soon and poor a big bucket of cold water over this, happens every time we get a sniff of positivity.

something along the lines of “We’re hearing nothing has changed, there’s no preferred bidder yet. Sources say any deal to takeover is not yet imminent.”

By 6pm tonight this "development" will be fully debunked as meaningless. This stench of gullible desperation and naivety in this thread is 10x worse than any transfer saga which is quite something.

Could someone explain? I read earlier that Jassim had asked Al-Khelaifi (PSG) for advice about buying United. But if Jassim buys United, wouldn´t that make Jassim and Al-Khelaifi rivals (for CL, players and so on)? Or would they work together in the name of "Qatari interests"?

Also, is the Qatari state behind QSI? Read there are a lot of questions whether Jassims bid is a state bid or not.

It wasn't Jassim it was the Glazers.

Nice one, I think.

Does Ben Jacobs work part time at Companies House too? How the hell would he know

He’s right that they will have been preparing documents for ages but it only takes 24 hours to register on Companies House so I’d assume fact they have done it now is pretty significant.
