Is that the Chelsea Season Ticket Holder aye? The fact you're lapping up the boyhood club rubbish is a joke. He is keeping the Glazers on as he is a fellow rat, its in his nature. Brexit Jim. The seventh Glazer. But hey least we'll win the Morals Cup yay Go Us! Whilst our noisy neighbours go onto winning further Premier Leagues we shall be winning the Virtue Signalling Trophy
Yes, the Chelsea season ticket holder. People are acting as if being a Chelsea season ticket holder equals being a contract killer or something.
A lot of even neutral rich people have season tickets, especially for the London clubs. He may also like Chelsea, so what? It’s United he has put in 3 bids for instead of putting a last minute bid like he did for Chelsea.

The rest of your post sounds like Jassim (sorry I meant a 5 year old kid) wrote it.

Keegan's exclusive article absolutely suggests the Qataris are flexible to negotiating and potentially offering more, but they've had enough of the dallying by the Raine and the Glazers, and without an ultimatum like this, there is no ballpark established for what a "winning" bid will be valued at, nor is there any end in sight to this process.

To be honest we will never know how would the Chelsea sale look (probably it would never happen) if the situation didn't force Roman to sell

The year is 2040, Manchester United has won 1 FA Cup and 1 Community Shield in the last decade, but at least it's owned by a "briish fan that loves the club"

Don't be stupid. Sir Jim will be dead long before that - the club will be in the hands of his two Chelsea-supporting sons (or possibly Saudi Arabia, after they buy Ineos - the transfer obsessed teenagers on Twitter might get their billion pound transfer after all, they'll just have to wait a few years).

Even that is a meme. He moved aged 10. Spent his formative years god knows elsewhere as he moved with his folks. I'm legit happy I got to see us win during 2005-08 as our peak. Most fans of football barely even get a sniff of that. Meanwhile we will be competing against City & Newcastle (fam how did they go in 18months from relegation bottom to top 4). So that leaves two spots between us, Liverpool, Spuds & Chelsea. And thats not counting the likes of Brighton or Villa who gain momentum and can pose a challenge.

Top 5 next season gets CL for the season of 2024/25 where the competition is restructured into 36 Swiss league style of leagues of 9 where you play 8 games / 4 at home and 4 away with top 4 going through to round of 16, sone dropping into EL play off it’s complicated but EPL coefficiency this season with West Ham and City probably wining European competition will guarantee us an extra CL Place.

Enfact could be 6 teams If Liverpool, West Ham or Brighton finished outside the top 5 and won the Europa League.

This is so on! I knew the Sheikh would come through in the end.

Flight took off from Doha. Stopped in Rimini. Continued to Heathrow.

I’ve done my research. (This is what I live for). It’s not a regular flight. Something is cooking. Hold on tight. Big day tomorrow:drool:

Don't you upset the lovers of that kind old man.

@Berbaclass, you might get demoted to vice-principal muppet if this turns out to be true.

Jokes aside I've seen so many comments "they'll sell instantly now" after Malcolm passed away...

I mean every journalist has said that there is no preferred bidder and they are all annoyed at the lack of feedback but I’m sure you have got this from somewhere legit.

I doubt they'll announce a preferred bidder - they won't want to close the door off to Qatar or potentially some other bidder who might emerge, by entering in to exclusivity with Ineos. The Athletic and the FT have reported that Ineos and Raine have been putting the building blocks in place for the takeover, with Ratcliffe apparently in New York last month as part of the ongoing talks with Raine - I expect we won't hear anything else until the deal with one of the buyers is announced.

I saw it half hour ago. I've just had enough today of people accusing me of being a Twitter muppet
Do not ever let that small muppet inside you die or be bullied.

Or at least until we get taken over by father Boomer.

Florida says hi.

Ooh an executive Qatar flight landed in London. Flight trackers are out. The Sheikh has arrived.

Ngl, I wish we were allowed a muppets thread where you could post any wild/crazy tweet/links. Would have made it a little bit more fun than what has transpired in this thread.

Yup. Proper "We got our country back" Vibes. I had the same feeling back with Brexit. The rhetoric was full of masked dog whistles. Obviously no one would come to admit it but the truth was there, even Stevie Wonder could see.

Just dont give me the United fan angle please. The wee rat is as manc as my little toe.

Bloody hell, I must have been living in a cave I had no idea this was a new ruling regarding positions. Top Five eh. Not too shabby gives a bit of breathing room I guess.

Is this the right place to talk about my love of a good rhubarb crumble and custard? :D

Anyone local to Heathrow? We need some eyes on the ground to track the taxi taking these Qatari’s. Need names and pictures as a minimum. We can Google sense their faces and find their net worth. I’m sure they’ll be a few images of them wearing a Utd top in the 90s.

 money talks, all he has to do is phone in his big bid. Seems a bit desperate to have to come in person because they won't respond to him.
