You can't guarantee shit mate.

Just because it's not what you want to happen you need to admit that these are not measly annual dividends. The Glazers will sit it out for 2-3 years for that amount of extra money.

Is it on top of or is it inclusive? He hasn't got bloody clue has he?
Not a scooby do and he’s shown it time and time again yet people seem to lap it up. He’s a charlatan.

Excellent news if true, we really didn’t want this lot buying Spurs Arsenal or Liverpool let daddy Jim do that nonsense

So Ducker has said

In addition to Ratcliffe’s offer to buy the Glazers’ 69 per cent shareholding, the billionaire founder of the petrochemicals giant Ineos also made a proposal to take a 50.1 per cent share for around $3bn that would allow the Glazers to retain a minority stake for three years before being automatically forced out.

$3 Billion dollars is £2.4 Billion

Ben Jacobs is saying Qatar are at £5.6 billion inclusive of investment (£800 million) which works out at £4.8 Billion for the club valuation. 69% of that is £3.31 Billion.

What happened to the deadline over 2 weeks ago, think we all knew this would happen but Jim/Ineos can respond if they feel the need to surely?

Anyway I've said all along I want Ineos to win I really hope that happens let Qatar go buy Spurs I couldn't care less.

So both have bid around $6 Billion
But Sir Jassim has also pledged to invest $1 Billion so its being reported as $7 Billion

Someone said that a hot favourite preferred bidder was leaked for Chelsea about a week before Raine suddenly switched course and announced Boehly. Hopefully they pulled the same trick with Ratcliffe

Going by the recent reports Ratcliffe is the favorite...

I read Ben Jacobs twitter thread and I still have no clue what is Qatar bid. Why can’t journalists write in simple English? Just tell us what the bid is without pledged investment for both and then compare which is bigger. Is that so hard?

He’s an astrologist.

Is it not a choice between
Ill buy your motor now for £1000 cash upfront or
Give me it now and Ill give you £1200 in 2 years
I think this is it. Given the high base rates at the moment, cash in the bank makes you money.

Not to mention the ability to invest now in opportunities they think have a much better prospect for growth in the next couple of years. For example, cricket or any other big sport on the up.

Even if the Qatar bid is higher now I'm guessing the Glazers will be hoping if they keep 20% with the INEOS bid that will be worth more in the future so they'll make more money eventually

Manchester United will never go for 5 billion ever again. This is the only time it's going to be valued this high. If things go pear-shape again then the value of the club will massively diminish
