It's not complete until INEOS have 51% share.
Yes it is and in 20-21 City paid over 5 million for rent that seasonYep it’s council owned isn’t it?

Never going to happen, we’ll be under state ownership before Ratcliffe can buy the rest out. The Glazers put a drag right in the agreement with Ineos for this reason, they’re hoping Ineos can sort the mess they’ve made over the last 10 years and an EPL or Champions League trophy makes the Glazers desired price more achievable. It's not complete until INEOS have 51% share.
Think there are a few nuggets of information that suggest they will hand over the majority before long.Never going to happen, we’ll be under state ownership before Ratcliffe can buy the rest out. Of course he doesn't fund or run projects, he's one of the bosses, he makes decisions for the minions to carry out, either by himself or with the other owners, and considering what he owns either in full or in part he's patently good at it
Says he's going to be meeting up with Cantona soon for Lunch

It was stated several times during the process of the club being purchased that the debt will no longer be on United's books.
So the club will be debt free.
The actual company that bought the United shares is Trawlers Ltd, is that a Cantona reference?

Not sure this is accurate, since Omar Bereda and Dan Asworth will be employees of Man United PLC and simply replace outgoing Directors/Exec with possible higher salaries paid by a new restructuring of the management org chart. The new streamline structure will ultimately save money even though I’m sure both Bereda and Ashworth will be paid more than their outgoing predecessors.Management fees?

There is no circumstance that Ratcliffe can dilute the glazers without the glazers selling Ratcliffe more shares. He has control of football matters but the future of the club is still in the glazers hands.Ratcliffe will keep buying shares and diluting the Glazers. At some point they will have to sell to INEOS/Sir Jim.
The club that was in a mess, yes. A smart buyer would wait for a sucker like Ratcliffe to clean up the mess, and then buy out a well oiled machine winning trophies. Is that one of those states which were all queued up to buy United last year?
Oh right is that why all the not very smart states have bought the likes of Man City, Newcastle at a cheaper price and looked to build them up themselves? The club that was in a mess, yes. Totally agree he’s one step ahead of the oil states like he was when he brokered a deal for Mercedes, his very hands on approach is a polar opposite to their strategy. Doesn’t mean he’s going to find turning the Titanic Round United are currently still about to hit an ice berg, so this summer transfer window if and how quickly he can change the tide, just to compete for top 4 and UEFA or CL next season, United need 7 to 8 major players to replace the dross in the current squad?Problem with is that SJR is not a "sucker" at all. Instead he is a very astute businessman who no doubt has covered/will cover every possible future scenario.

Those clubs were available for sale, that’s why they got bought. The big clubs in England are very rarely available for sale. In 2008 if Utd were up for sale do you think Abu Dhabi would’ve ignored the club entirely and opted for City? If the price was right they would’ve bought Utd, and that remains the case. The Glazers asking price for a club in this state and in need of a whole new stadium isn’t realistic but that might change if Ratcliffe sorts things out. The Glazers clearly know that, it’s evident from the docs if you read them in particular the drag right.Oh right is that why all the not very smart states have bought the likes of Man City, Newcastle at a cheaper price and looked to build them up themselves?
No, it won’t work like that. The Glazers and their lawyers aren’t stupid enough to allow someone to effectively take over the club through dilution. Ratcliffes maximum stake is something like 30% based on the docs, he can’t force further issue of shares to himself without the majority shareholder (Glazers) approving it. He’s free to put money into the club but it’ll effectively be a loan and won’t dilute the Glazers.Every investment that Ratcliffe makes increases his share of the club and dilutes those that don't invest.

United was available for sale for about £7bn in the “state it’s in”. If you think it’s going to be available for that price if Ratcliffe does what he promises you’re very naive. If we are back on top with a new stadium and training facility on its way or built and the area around OT regenerated the club will be valued at £15bn+. Why would they buy it then instead of at a point where they could make their own mark on it and benefit from the appreciation regeneration creates?
The time for a state to buy United was last year and none were interested.
I know SJR and Ineos aren't the "owners" of the club but it certainly feels that way now after the announcement was made official and he's done several interviews about the direction of the football club
GofundmeAny discussions on here where the money for either the redevelopment or a new OT will come from?

Yeah i think it's only a matter of time till he does take full ownership. It seems to be his end game and that's very good news to me.
The money will come from the same place it always does - a bankAny discussions on here where the money for either the redevelopment or a new OT will come from?
Emilia Clarke is going to pay for it? Very Generous of her !
