I was waiting for someone to say this and apologies if it has been said already but this picture was taken as a freekick was taken and the players in the picture were formed as the wall - they were not admiring Maradona at all but merely fulfilling a duty.
Not a good picture to show how good Maradona was if you ask me

I use GIMP and I think most of the other guys in this thread use it as well. It's free and pretty easy to download and learn.

Brad reminds me of myself in my schooldays. I used to collected pics from magazines, and collect them in the late 80's but it became a chain around my neck, found it hard to preserve them and finally destroyed it. Little Brad was able to foresee internet and his forescan has resulted in this great thread.

My first go at selective colouring, I've used the "Dodge and Burn" feature in Aperture which was very easy. Could just use a paintbrush to "paint" the color away.
