Christopher Nkunku

Injury prone
Hasn’t done it in the Premier League
Chelsea clearly want rid
Wrong age profile
I see no reason why we would be interested. Just media nonsense to rile up United’s social media fans and generate clicks.

Position wise, would be a much better option for Amorim than Garnacho. But can he stay fit.

The absolute most any club should be giving Chelsea for him is a similar deal to what Chelsea gave United for Sancho. Loan with a buy option/obligation for 25m. Anything more than that and you're being ripped off. They paid 52m for him 2.5 years ago, and he was then injured for 2 years and now has had no role for half a year. I beg of this club to not be dumb for a change, though I know it's a lot to ask for.

i mean generally we buy players and then they become horrible with injury record, so maybe buying a poor injury record player already will reverse the luck and he will be perfectly healthy? Still should pay zero for it and is the definition of punt loan with maybe a buy option.

Nkuku + £50m I think is fair, though still a risk. Seems like we're signing a new Mason Mount.

You'd be much better off with that deal than we would anyway

Funny thing about perspectives. I disagree with that as well. But I also know how highly you rate Garnacho, so I’m not surprised we disagree.

That's what we did woth mount

He'll look great alongside Mount in the treatment room.

£60m for Garnacho, and Nkunku on loan for the rest of the season (with an option to buy for £40m). Chelsea pay his wages.

40m would be way too much, Chelsea paid 50m, he’s been a flop and injury prone. Not even worth half what they paid.

I completely understand the logic in selling Garnacho for a big fee, but it’s pretty indefensible if went and spent money on Nkunku.

So we need to sell for PSR. Now suddenly we’re going to do a swap deal. Muppet season is in full flow! Do not want any Chelsea players suggested in tweets.

We signed Mount who went from rarely ever injured at Chelsea to being permanently injured at Utd. Maybe this one will work the opposite way around. Really not keen on this at all.

If the club go ahead with swap I genuinely believe it’ll be the beginning the end. Just shut the whole fecking thing down if we’re stupid enough to do this deal.

I've said this before but I am looking forward to hearing "One flew over nkunku's chest" after an over hit cross from Dalot

I'd welcome taking Nkunku and ditching Garnacho. Technically superior and will fit Amorim's system better. Injuries are of course are a concern, but I'd be willing to take that gamble over persisting with a player, who doesn't have a high ceiling.

Garnacho doesn't have a single technical trait that he excels at and isn't particularly pacey either to compensate for some of his technical shortcomings. The idea, as expressed by some, that he has world class potential, is something I've never seen in him. The difference ability wise between him and Amad on the ball is stark.

Don't like this at all, but hasn't he been decent for them upfront? Maybe we see him as an upgrade on Rasmus and Zirkzee.

I’m sick of us signing injury prone players and hoping they suddenly stop getting injured when they sign for the worlds most injury prone club

Very much doubt we'd be interested in a 27 year old on big wages with no future sell-on value.

Most likely Chelsea posturing to get Bayern to hurry up in negotiations.

He’s got 13 goals this season, only 3 of which came in the PL. The rest were league cup and conference league.
