Ornstein : Verbally agreed to join United

Instead of Verbally agreed to join United : Ornstein

Because it makes it seem like there is a person named Verbally agreed to join United saying "Ornstein".

Why would we sign someone called Verbally? Sounds like an Arsenal full-back

What’s happening with this? Surely doesn’t take a week to fit in a medical? He agreed to join on Monday. Why’s everything taking forever?

Latest is contracts are been checked over before being signed which to me indicates medicals etc have been done.

we put his contract in the post with a second class stamp... who knows why it takes us so much longer to get things done than other clubs
 
I'd imagine his medical process would be quite lengthy due to the obvious. I'm sure his insurance is quite a doozy.

I reckon we'l see him in Australia. Not fussed if he's on the plane to Thailand as we are only there for one game v Liverpool.

What forever? It's literally the 3rd day since Monday, some of you need to chill a bit, go for a walk maybe or something :lol:

3 days is forever for us when other clubs are so quick :lol: Go for a walk? I could go to the moon and back and we still wouldn’t of signed him.

Did he sign the paper yet? Hurry up and get on it, apparently playing with Ronaldo was a major factor in him choosing United.

Sterling agreed to join Chelsea 2 weeks ago…..still hasn’t signed. Calm down & go for a walk

Except they had to agree a fee and all that lot. Eriksen was for free. Should of been confident in our self’s and had the contract already written up… there was not a chance he was gonna pick Brentford over us.

The contract was written up and given to his team weeks ago!

By all accounts the medical is done & he’s due to sign soon. Jheeze!

Erm he’s had the contract? Obviously he was making a decision between the two
 
A strange mini saga this one.
If he signs yeah it could be alright, dare I say smart by our standards.

But what's going on elsewhere has cast an almost inconsequential stone on this one.
 
Have we faxed him the paperwork? Because otherwise he should have signed by now right?

Almost 100 pages, and about 73 of those were "he aint coming, as he's settled in London", "we can't even attract a 30 year old over Brentford" type stuff.
Hence it qualifies as a mini saga. Also it's not even complete yet.

Its the most tame saga I’ve seen. Ultimately he returned from his time away and communicated he was joining United.
