Chelsea vs. Manchester United

It's about as good a team as we've got. I would prefer Smalling for Evans and possibly Kagawa a for Valencia.

I get the Young the selection he's probably our most direct and quick player as we will be soaking up the pressure and hitting them on the counter.

Why not? Catching Liverpool, Spurs, Newcastle and Everton will be a tough ask while they keep on winning.

Thing is all the above will drop loads of points. To be fair Everton seem to be the best of the 4th place contenders in terms of getting something out of games against the top teams. A thin squad could cost them.

Shreeves is absolute crap. Does he need to point to the player incase Mourinho has no idea who they are?

When you've got the weaker team you can't gamble for a win and risk a big loss. You've got to play to pinch the win and protect against a morale crushing defeat. We're missing two (our only two) world class players and playing Chelsea at the Bridge. It's sensible.

If we go down though, it's essential that we roll the dice before the game gets away from us.

Is it? Look at the table. Moyes brought United into a situation, where taking the safety route is not cutting it anymore. You need to start taking risks to keep the chances of finishing top4 alive. If that risk is picking a undoubtly class and more offensive player over the more defensive option and hoping that a run of games finally helps said player rediscovering his confidence, then I say "go for it".

Liverpool finally dropped some points and you have the chance to steal three points from the direct competition. Picking Young over Kagawa screams "draw" for me and right now a draw would not be good enough. You have to play to win that game.

I really think this game would have been too much for Fletcher. You need legs to catch the likes of Oscar and Hazard. Looks to me like our best possible lineup.

He has looked very composed in attacking areas though, would have been ideal in a midfield three.

When Moyes comes for his interview the TV formation will just show a picture of Januzaj.

Or he recognized it and misjudged the best way to encourage it. He noted his attitude wasn't great in the reserves and felt that wasn't best rewarded as it would set the opposite precedent to what United had built over many, many years. Pogba, instead of working harder to make the first team said "fine" and fecked off.

Sometimes you have to give true talent some leeway. If he produced for us on the pitch I couldn't care less about training. Not everyone is a good trainer. We seem to now value hard work over quality.

Nice bit of pace in the team in terms of attack-Welbeck,Young,Valenica. Lets hope that troubles Chelsea on the break.

A bit worried that Jones and Young are thrown in after injury but its an understandable line up. I would have really preferred the same team as last week but a result is important

No problem with the team. Young and Januzaj were our two best wingers before Young's injury. Hopefully he has a good game.

For god's sake not Young. If we want to be more conservative then at least go with Fletcher in the middle as well and Januzaj on the left.

Young played well their last season. Lets hope he can again.

I think we're going to go for it from the off, try to grab an early goal and sit on it til half-time.

I like our options from the bench: Cleverley seems to do well from the bench in second halves if we need his energy, Fletcher and Giggs not only add experience but some authority in the midfield area, and Kagawa and Hernandez are good options in attack.

I am confident today.

We cannot loose today. It's that simple and that's been reflected in the team selection.

Moyes disagrees with some on here .He feels he's put out a side to try and win the game.

 at that interview with mourinho. Shreds efforts at turning him into a pundit were both sad and laughable.

Anyone else think people are going a bit over the top with Hazard?

The general sentiment about him having the potential to be among the best or was something specific said? Not watching the pre match crap.

If its the first, then No, I agree with the sentiment. He has everything in his locker to become a genuinely top player.

If it's still 0-0 at HT or you're losing, Kagawa for Young and Januzaj out wide should be the subs chosen.

It's a good side. I don't understand why people are complaining.

Valencia's pace is important against the likes of Hazard. Kagawa isn't known for his tracking back - this isn't the game for him.

Young and Valencia offer defensive abilities, and for those who have forgot, we are facing Chelsea and Stamford fecking Bridge.

It's a good team that should be able to hit them on the counter a few times.

Just show me some fight United please.

I know it's a difficult place to go even when we are playing well with a fully fit squad but as long as I see fight in the lads I will be happy.

That said Chelski 1 United 4 please...
