While I would love to see another scot at united, and I do think he is a talented player, I just dont think he would quite cut it here. Can see him at an everton/villa tho maybe?
 
Decent player but we really should be looking at players of a much higher calibre than Charlie Adam.
 
This time next year i'm pretty sure all of the current hype will have died away.

Much like Blackpool i believe him to be playing above his level and like many players who come into the premiership and have a stunning first season he'll not find it so easy next.

His passes are a joy to watch - very Scolesesque...however he gives the impression that he s not disciplined from the tactical point of view.
 
I'd have him any day. I've said why in another thread. His pass this weekend, was probably the pass of the season. Definitely on the same level as Joey Barton's to Ameobi and Carrick to Berba vs Blackburn.
 
Worth a punt for 5-8 mil pounds.

But only as a squad player.Much much better than Gibson who will not even reach Adam's level tbh.
 
He's fantastic in every game for Blackpool, great against West Brom on saturday. That said, I don't think he would get much playing time here so, no to him.

Blackpool are more suited for him where the team is built around him

I think he was getting at when you said you'd have him because of the pass he made at the weekend. Or at least that's how you made it sound anyway.
 
If he couldnt handle the pressure of playing for Rangers i'd doubt if he could handle Manchester.

He's a decent player for a mid table premiership side but playing for a top 4 club is a totally different ball game. He'd have to put in more of a shift defensively, be able to deal with squad rotation, bounce back from dips in form, deal with fans getting on your back, greater off the pitch commitments etc.

He said why in another thread. Then he followed it up with the pass. What I've concluded from that is that he reckons him to be a great passer. Barton is that as well.

From all but having Suarez signature to Charlie Adams.

He'll go to Liverpool, they'll bump the 4million to maybe 4.5/5mil at a push, and he'll play there for 6 months.

When they strengthen their squad in the summer, he'll be sat on the bench or move on. Idiot.

He'll go to Liverpool.

How Blackpool gets as much as possible for him, but he will probably force through a move for about £5m.
