Champions League Semi Finals (9th - 17th May)

I need Madrid to be on their A game. I know Don Carlo has a plan for me

Worth considering also that Madrid gave up on the La Liga title a month ago and so are 100% focused on these games. City cannot afford a slip up as they fight on three fronts and that is tough to do against the ultimate game raisers.

Tbf the reason he didn't score against Leeds was more down to Haaland himself rather than anything they did.
 
If City goes to final i really think there is a good chance Inter or Milan will win in the final. Such heavy favourite as City is bound to get a reality check from a cynical playing italian side. It just seems written in the stars.

Inter are specialitsts at this and Inzhaghi have proven very strong in knock-out games. Dzeko scoring 2 goals or so in the final and not many more goals than that with City getting cards and frustration. I can see it in front of me haha although it is some kind of wishful thinking from my side.

I watched the R Madrid v Chelsea games.
Ok. Chelsea were not that good.
But Modric was always finding space to operate. And not by sprinting or charging about.
But simply by knowing where the space was and moving into it.
Same for Kroos.
Both massively experienced. For them, age was not so much of a problem.

He didn’t want to score against Leeds. He missed many sitters and gave his penalty to Gundogan… He simply kept himself hungry for this one.

Basically Madrid need to start you, Gandalf, up front. It will be like Helms Deep all over again.
 
As City have spent so much oil money in their youth development and keep winning the youth leagues, can someone please tell me how many of their academy graduates are starting today? Asking for a friend.
