Champions League Round of 16 (15th Feb - 16th Mar)

PSG are just something else altogether arent they.

Theres going to be carnage over this I reckon.

Carletto had a mistake starting Kroos but luckily Donarumma helped us. Camavinga is fantastic and good minutes for Rodrygo. Actually all the team played a good match, with heart.
Asensio again failing after a couple of good games. It looks like he might leave this summer

You were right :D
This @Deery guy might be psychic. Or talismanic. Either way we should kidnap him and chain him up in a room below the Bernabeu. Make him keep us winning :D

You can pump all the money you want but when you're PSG this will always happen. Love it, absolutely love it. :D

Modrić though, what a player, I think he could go for 5 more years

Btw Amadeus will say players failed Pochettino.

Poch looks perfect for United, certainly knows how to cock things up. You just know our board will pick him.

No. Harry is arguably a better goalscorer.

But Benzema and Rooney are far superior all round players, who served several functions for their clubs, one of which being bringing out the best in their side's respective goalscorers.
I'll put my money on Benzema in any game that matters each and every time. He is proven, and if he gets the chance, he is likely to do special things on the biggest stages. Kane doesn't have that catalogue. Scoring lots of goal against fodder isn't a measure for the grandest stages and it's an important distinction to make, for me.

Darn it Modric the 1 that got away....
and we were linked to Benz at Lyon...
Camavinga changed up the tempo big time. oh well shoulda woulda coulda... haha messi wijnaldum ramos etc

hahahahaha HALA MADRID.

i'm very very happy (i know my nickname)

Enjoy Qatar
Enjoy Messi
Enjoy Neymar

See yaaaaa!!!

Modric was fantastic at the end there, brilliant player.Benzema too.

If Modric doesn’t renew we should offer him whatever he wants to come for a season and teach the likes of Hannibal.

Actually cl is the competition have that aura and history outweighed money. This competition simply majestic and magic.

Loving this. I remember a year or so ago, I said PSG where the football equivalent of all fur coat and no knickers and they wouldn't win the CL in the next two years'. Then some poster (not going to name him/her) said that my opinion was based on xenophobia and that I must be a Brexit supporter to have that opinion.

Well, buddy, here is another example of why PSG are as I said/the French equivalent of Spurs.
Fecking hell

Am I the only one dreaming about United Real quarter final?

Real weren't great, I would rank them under: City, Dippers, Bayern and Chelsea. A lot worse draws out there.

Madrid in the Champions League is just something else. Their self belief in that competition is crazy.

And bloody hell, Benzema. Take a bow son.

My god Modric is 36!

36 and he puts in a second half like that in midfield.

Staggering.

Benzema is a purists/connoisseurs CF.

You can‘t beat mentality. PSG looked like they couldn‘t care less. RM players despite winning this competition 100 times played with so much heart and celebrated like they were trying to win the club‘s first ever CL.

I thought PSG would fall apart next game at 2-0 up but they decided to do it in the second half.

Wonder if this sways Mbappe now for a change

"Told you they will bottle it"

I was 100% against the change of rules on goals value away from home and now it turns out they may rescue Juanito's "al Bernabeu 90 minuti sono molto lunghi" myth.

Jesus wept.

Harry Kane plays for an inferior team, however he never had to deal with the pressure that Rooney or Benzema have, as Spurs not challenging for any trophy it's normal.

By staying in Tottenham he accepted mediocrity.
