bad news for us.We play Liverpool a few days after their 2nd leg. Now they can take it easy in that game.
Porto did reasonably well till this game. They are really missing Danilo and Felipe, their best midfielder and defender respectively. Benfica was trash. Zero points, no explanation needed. They couldn't replace Ederson, Nélson Semedo, Lindelof and Mitroglu. Sporting finished third in a group with Barcelona and Juventus but we put up a good fight in those games (draw at home with Juventus 1-1 and marginal 1-0 loss at home to Barcelona).
