Yep, clear pen, and a well taken one too considering the ball moved. Some are letting their hate of Real/Ronaldo cloud their judgement.
If it's a close one they don't change the ref's decision. If a player is very slightly offside and the ref doesn't call it they still keep the ref's decision for example.

I don't think his dribbling is any better than Sterling's for example. Worse than Martial and certainly not at the levels of the likes like Hazard. I'm not saying it's bad by any means, it's just not anything exceptional IMO.
