Champions League Quarter Finals (5th - 13th Apr)

This has been one of the craziest day of CL games, outstanding if Villareal pull through.

Emery is one of the best defensive coaches in the word at the moment. I’m looking forward to watching what he’d do against Liverpool
We play against that most weeks at Anfield.

Bayern would have been easier, hence why they lost.

Villarreal eliminated Juve and Bayern, give them credit you never know.
Villareal are about to meet the only team in Europe luckier than them.

Yeah City or Liverpool are going to win it this year.
Fecks sake what a depressing timeline.
Stop the world I want to get off

Pulisic has all the composure of me if I found myself on the end of an 89th minute chance at the Bernabeu.
Ridiculous to say but you would have fancied Werner to poke one of those in given his in game rhythm

This game has been both absolutely incredible and utterly torturous to watch.

Tonights Chelsea game is some of the most enjoyable football since the 90s. Free flowing, defensive play seemingly ignored. Very nice!

Just a shame we can only dream of football like this at the moment. Highlight this season is beating mid table Spurs!

Neymar had the exact same assist in his last game, kind of crazy to see it almost two games in a row for me. Feck me am I glad I took off from work today to watch this game.
Not in an important ECL game. Neymar is social media trick poney.

Chelsea deserve this more. Real in the first leg, but Chelsea have made them look ordinary tonight. Without the individual brilliance of Modric, they would be out now. They need Pulisic to put one of those chances away in extra time.

This Villareal team don't look like mugs, tbf. Don't think the semis will be quite as straight-forward as it's being made out to be.

This Villarreal team will not be easily beat. Liverpool will be big favourites which will play into Villarreal's hands. Not gonna be as easy as a lot think.

Liverpool will absolutely batter them. Their team is shite. They’re 7th in La Liga for a reason.

Deserved. We had no business in the latter rounds given the shit displays of the last months.

Just seems Madrid / Bayern and even PSG are living off the fumes from players who were really in their prime a few years ago and English football have hoovered up the next elite players while they stood still.
It could get worse for them from here

feck You Bayern. Just gifted the scousers the easiest CL run in the last 20 years.

How fecking lucky do they have to get!

There was a game like this.... like, you know, 3 days ago?

I've never known a team with as much luck as Liverpool. They now have a free ticket to the final. I fecking hate football.

Loving the City fans wanting us to go through because they'll beat us easily based on the 2 prem games this season

The one game in your history you wanted to win more than any other, TT got one over on Pep. Infact he beat him 3 out of 4 at the time i believe.

League form matters feck all in CL. Silly cnuts

Have to say, Nagelsman hasn't done a very good job since joining Bayern imo. And I thought that before the games against Villarreal. They escaped more criticism due to how poorly Dortmund had also been playing. Very fortunate to not have any real challengers this season.

Bayern wouldn't have got close to beating Liverpool anyway, Villarreal reaching the last 4 proves Uniteds group wasn't that weak after all.

Its the same as the Premier league, Liverpool will either win the trophy or Man City will stop them from doing so.

We scored five against them and were stupidly comfortable against them away from home
