I never was that impressed by him, tbh. He was a very capable shotstopper, but from the way he plays he is very much an old-fashioned type of keeper. If BVB had a playing goalie, they would have more options in integrating their CBs into game making, something Hummels excels at. Currently with Weide in his back, he does that too, but at the cost of taking risks. I wonder if Klopp doesn't have this kind of thoughts as well.
