Because it doesn’t stop a City player getting the ball. Surprised they didn’t give the foul. Would’ve been disallowed in the Premier League I think.
 
BT Sport saying that the laws are unjust! Just because the City defence played one forward offside, doesn't mean they did their jobs properly.
I didnt think it was a foul in the same way that I didnt think the challenge against Origi at Old Trafford last year was a foul either. That also led to a goal but I don't remember the kicking off from the commentators over that!

Honestly the offside player clearly 'interfered' with play as it impacted the City players running back IMO.
