So fecking bitter
If you're offside and have to actively step over the ball for someone else to get it I don't get how it isn't offside for interfering with play?
Been watching for 20 years and this is the worst I’ve seen. Worse than United, Liverpool or Chelsea have ever had. Honestly it honestly feels like a City fan channel. It’s always the same for English clubs in the champions league. United used to get it all the time.
Oh feck off. One of the worst commentaries I’ve ever heard.
if he doesn’t make contact he’s not because it doesn’t impact the play at all..
I’ve not noticed any real difference between the commentary tonight and what we’re used to hearing with English clubs in Europe. Remember Andy Gray when Gerrard scored against olympiacos?Never seen it this bad. It's fair that English commentators may want English clubs to win in these games, but there's a way to maintain a level of professional.
Think of Gary Neville with that Torres goal for Chelsea against Barcelona. Utterly ridiculous commentary but at least entertaining for the viewers and not blatant support of a team.
This commentary team are just coming across as fans shouting at a TV down the pub.
I should post like this more oftenNot sure what Lyon can do here.
City will create 2 or 3 more clear chances and certainly score 1 of them.
Commentators moaning about Ekambi being offside but Peter Walton ruled that out as an issue straight away so wish they'd just shut up about it.
Same. How is a dummy not interfering with play? That's offside imo.

No it isn't.That's offside imo.
He's always shit in the CL. Was terrible against Spurs too last year.Laporte has been awful today
But you don't have to touch to interfere - like blocking the view of the keeper. I'm really surprised.
Please keep it like this. Gonna be hilarious to watch the post match scenes, Pep's interview and City fans comments.
I mean it’s not like he’s impacted Ederson at all from doing that. Might’ve been a clip by Dembele in the build up as he’s running through? But you don't have to touch to interfere - like blocking the view of the keeper. I'm really surprised.
BT are fecking desperate for city to get through here
I expect the same level of bias for United tomorrow
Of course they will, the are English, they will give all their passion for Sevilla.Yeah right, I’m sure they’ll be just as passionate tomorrow
Agreed. You’d be gutted if that was us heading out of the CL because of it.That's offside imo.
