Champions League Knockouts (12 Aug - 23rd Aug)

Leipzig tactics very good those wingbacks always seem to have a little space despite Atletico’s work rate.

Nothing wrong with a defender who is strong and can play football
Of course, but if a defender can't grow beyond relying on their pace & power to defend, then they'll be more of a weakness. Koulibaly became one of the best defenders in the world once he wisened up and started defending smarter.

Love how Leipzig players don’t dwell on the ball for more than absolutely needed, speeds up their game so much. We could learn a thing or two from them (Matic, Pogba, Maguire, etc.)

Leipzig have some very shite attackers.
If they where any half decent they had bash ATM by now.

Leipzig really are screwing up in the final third. Especially Poulsen has been horrible.

Yes! Pen! I love to see extra time and penalties.

See how angelino picked out a simple effective pass into the middle? He sucks but wish out full backs would do that

Class from Felix. Must be so annoying for Atletico fans to see how negative Simeone can be

First time watching Felix, looks very good. Seems to have an all round game where he can do most things well.

German teams are incredibly lucky that their leagues ended so early. They‘re much more rested. I just can‘t take the remaining CL and EL campaigns seriously under such circumstances.
