Just got to watch the game from the second half onward.. was expecting Barcelona to be hammering them but instead Barca look like a fecking championship side, wtf?!

Habe to say it but I cant believe we backed out on signing gundogan under LvG. We came so close by all accounts that it had to be last second worries about his injury. Just a fantastic midfielder though.

He worked hard at Atletico to be fair, but you're correct he did say that. He can be lazy and uninterested at times.

Guardiola is destroying Mourinho. What a breath of fresh air. Inferior players but with superior pressing and tactics. Amazing, they have outfootballed Barcelona.
 
Barca have crumbled alarmingly since the goal...and the substitutions (Rakitic off for Turan?) have been pretty weird too.

He's a goal machine because City is playing well and creating easy chances. Herrera would score similarly with such chances presented to him.

Injuries happen, a team needs to be able to cover those injuries, yes they are starters but these aren't Barcas best players injured. it's the equivalent of Otamendi, Kolarov and Fernandinho being injured.
 
Not even sure why Barca take corners long. Other than Pique, who's not playing, none of these midgets have ever won a header in their lives. Pouring forward and setting up in the opposition box is basically inviting the opposition to counter on them.
 
City had all the chances in that first half and a bit two weeks ago too. But people were refusing to see this because it's funny to laugh at City... I knew they would win.

Pep is being exposed as a fraud though. He is fraudiola. has little impact on the teams he joins, players stay the same and their overall play does not improve. Its the players
 
Tbf, Citeh are fantastic in the second half. Arguably the best half of football produced by an English team over the last 5-6 years.
 
Schubert needs fecking fired. Shitty coach needs fired. Maybe Celtic can score another to accelerate the process. Couldn´t let Dahoud go to the Olympics to win the gold medal for Germany, then benches him for the whole season.
