Very boring game. Not surprising from my two least favorite teams in the world.

So to go back to the goal and the block not being deliberate. What if Fabinho hit it first and Valverde blocked it straight to Benzema but not intentionally. Is that offside?

That's not handball

For those saying it’s a goal, I’m genuinely trying to understand, what is the justification? From what I can see:
  • Valverde doesn’t actually play the ball.
  • Even if he does, he’s not passing the ball.
  • At least two Liverpool players play the ball.
Don’t those things rule out offside?

deliberate never ever gets used for this exact reason. how can you ever know? should drogbas goal where gerrard back passed it not have counted then either? gerrard didn’t mean it? it’s ludicrous

A deflected through ball wouldn't be deliberate, but what if it gets deflected twice (or more)? Would the deflection of a deflection still be deemed not deliberate? Like you said it's ludicrous. Just hand Liverpool the trophy for all I care!

I'm sure Chelsea, PSG and City will be buzzing with the trophy they will get for outplaying them.

They found a way to win in each game. The best teams do that.
They just were extremely lucky. And it shows again tonight. Madrid shouldn't be in the final.
They playing
Man City would beat both these two in this game.

Man City had the chance to do so, didn't they?
