Hopefully it gets organised and doesn’t become a serious disaster.

Unrelated, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the delays caused significant issues for Liverpools pre match preparations. Let’s hope they hadn’t already taken a few puffs on their inhalers

Great timing on the delay, can finish my workout in peace and watch the game. Thanks scousers

Scouse without tickets made their way into the stadium.

Byt, reports are that the Scouse side of the stadium was slow in letting ticketed fans in.

You can see the common denominator here.
They have a rotten fan culture at times.

State of the organization at this stadium. Were PSG responsible for organizing the final!?

I'm starting to get the impression the policing/stewarding held back Liverpool fans in the event of possible trouble and in the process invited it.

Edit - "Invited" is probably the wrong word but you get what I mean

Could this end up being called off if the situation outside the ground doesn’t resolve itself?

Masses of empty seats. Must be complete chaos out there, a potentially dangerous situation unfolding.

I was also thinking about that. What if when Liverpool fans get in the stadium they see their seat is already taken? It's a very tricky situation.

How can the organization be so fecked up? Fans flood into stadiums every week, yet this is a complete cluster-feck. Shambles.

Thousands of ticket ticketless fans flood stadiums every week? Information is lacking and we're just getting bits and bobs from here and there. Not sure what the organisers are supposed to do about that many ticketless fans trying to storm into the ground.

How do you plan on implementing that?

Checkpoints, cops/stewards and fencing off areas? There has to be one more check before they reach the turnstiles. Especially in big games like these when you know thousands travelled without a ticket.

Is it not quite simple? Fans without tickets have got into the stadium so they cannot afford to let the ticketed fans in, as they’d be over capacity and at risk and then responsible should something terrible happen inside the stadium due to over capacity? It seems the only people to blame are those fans who’ve broken in without tickets

Vinicius Junior has to target the obvious Liverpool weak link, Trent.

Is it just me or is arriving one hour before a major final to get into the stadium not really "arriving early"
An hour seems fair to me? I wouldn't be expecting to still be in line if the gates were getting through supporters at an acceptable rate.

Maybe there's more to it but it reeks of "English supporters are coming, so assume they're scum and don't let them in". Eventually fans get tired of there being no movement, so a minority start causing problems. And at that point the officials feel vindicated and break out the test gas.

It is clear that Liverpool fans are getting sabotaged. Real Madrid and their Mafia as always using all illegal tools to get an advantage. I despise that team.

Always Liverpool fans with crowd trouble before the European Cup finals. Never their fault mind.
They have always done it,turned up at all ticket sold out games and tried to force in their way in, notorious for it in the 70s and 80s,to be fair they didn't try it at Old Trafford, we wouldn't have taken kindly to it strong words would have been spoken

UEFA and the french authorities’ organisation for this is outrageous. They should be prepared to be able to deal with big groups of fans

the so called Liverpool fans are jokes, they could ruin this sport. what the hell for trying to enter the stadium without a ticket.

Seems that way.

Seen reports that fans have been outside locked gates for over an hour. But, the line coming out is that there were late arrivals.

There hasn't been a major football final in Paris for a very long time? That being said they fill the stade de France for French home games.

I would go for technological disruption so they can only use some turnstiles and fans without tickets possibly?
