Alright thanks. In which case I'll throw my NT card into the ring and bring in a player who gives fantastic quality in multiple positions. Great flexibility now and (hopefully) in reinforcement rounds too.

I expected this draft to have a lot more of these, to be fair. It all looks so... orderly Originally planned to get him where I picked Chendo...But couldn't because of the appearances with Camacho. After that I shuffled it around a bit and it didn't quite line up the rest of the chain how I liked it.
Your question about my plan B for the defense? Didn't have one. Kinda winged my way through that.
He plugs in well, and the versatility and possible reinforcement links are definite bonuses should I get through.

No, it isn't. C can't have played with A at all. The only exception is when between A and C the NT card has been played as all links are reset.

We weren't near him and would have tried to get him if we could but there weren't any plausible links unfortunately.
EDIT: As for the sad smiley, there was a minute chance we could have gotten him later on but there was just about next to zero chance of that happening.
