Despite McTominay having a solid game tonight, you'd imagine Casemiro will slot into that role next to Eriksen, who will be more the ball playing midfielder.
I do worry that we have a lack of deep-lying ball players, though. Following his promising pre season, I'd be inclined to use Iqbal to rotate with Eriksen in that role.

Just watched his best goals for Real, this guy has a fantastic shot from distance. He actually averages a goal every 9 games for Real in the league which is great for a DM. Absolutely buzzing to watch him bossing our midfield. Can't believe the odd negative comment on this transfer, DM was literally our biggest glaring hole for the last 5 years and we go and sign the best DM in the world in his prime and some folks are still moaning. Madness.
