Caption this picture contest: Jim's had enough

The sudden realisation that he saved ETH over a 'moment' when we won the FA Cup, but that he took us to 8th in the legue and has no idea how to coach in the Premier league.
It would have been harsh to have sacked him after the cup final given the wider issues he faced last season.

If performances carry on as they are though, the correct decision will be to change manager.

I know what you mean, even I wavered after we best City, but as SAF used to say "the league doesn't lie" and he should have been sacked for 8th. Harsh yes, but in the best interests of the club.

Yeah, I do get that but that was no obvious replacement in the summer and even if there was, they would have had a fairly divided fanbase/club thinking Ten Hag was harshly treated.

Ultimately, a few more results like yesterday's and the decision becomes a lot easier and the manager will have a club with everyone behind him from day 1.

"shit, I forgot to sack the cleaner"
David Gill behind me has the right idea. If I close my eyes, it isn't really happening. It's not happening everyone! It's not happening! I can't see you!!
