na, original season 4 update - just my internet went shit so didn’t fully download until11 hours ago
then my Xbox had it’s own update, prob as I’m in the Testing program thing
Rough night on it tonight after the back to back wins last night. Swear there’s something in that.
Had a lot of fun on it tonight. Averaging 6-7 kills a game and making final circles. Something I've not been managing at all lately
I decided to grind sniping on warzone rumble. Not too far off gold camo for AX-50. The ‘no attachments’ camos were a bit of a pain, by the time I settled with the sway, I missed out on loads of kill as the person I had sights on would be taken out already. At least that is done now so I can move on and complete the last few bits with a little more help of the attachments.
Looking forward to this version of Ghost coming out
Don't think I have seen a game where such big downloads are required so often as this one.
what's the deal with the random events? we were playing for hours last night and there were none.
The other night we probably got them in half the games. The supply choppers are well worth shooting down if you can do it without putting yourself in danger. The flash sale is great but it means everyone has self revives, which is a bit annoying, especially as there seems to be more money around as well. Surprisingly I've had no issue at the shops when it happens, but can imagine an RPG flying in at some point.
I think they've been taken back out, or st least made much rarer. On Friday night I had one in every single game, was watching some stream last night for a few hours and they had none at all.
They changed the frequency, not in every game now.
Went from playing with the strongest group from my mates last week to the weakest this week. Let me tell you, it’s tough. Still enjoy playing with them but there’s no chance when 9 times out of 10 they lose a gunfight. They’d probably lose most gunfights together against a single person
Picked a hell of a time to try and go for Obsidian. Should have started when the 24/7 shipment came out. And it was there for 3 weeks! I’m an idiot

Anyone used the Vector/Fennec yet? I levelled it up on the free Modern Warfare weekend and it can absolutely shred enemies. Only downsides are 45 mag rounds and a slow reload time so Slight of Hand is a pretty crucial perk.
The Grau takes care of all my ranged combat and the Fennec is for storming buildings and CQB. I've dropped my Ax50 for this setup and it seems to be working well. Would recommend

What's the last ammunition slot? Was hoping it would be something bigger mag wise.
I quite like it, I don't use slight of hand but have amped so I can switch in a tight squeeze
How are you both getting on with an overkill loadout that uses a CQ weapon? I've never really used that set up but I have gone without ghost with a restock loadout that I loved. I feel like a bigger gun would still be better but could be wrong.
As I play in quads most of the time I don't think the 45 mag Fennec would be great for me unfortunately. Might do a P90 one, unless MP5 is really as good as they say. I've not used one much in Warzone.
I flit between sniper and smg. Have similar results with both, but I basically use my RAM at all times, besides pushing buildings with the smg or stupidly long shots with the sniper.
MP5 is a beast, but prefer the MP7 myself
Anyone else actually not enjoy this game at all but just play it as its the first opportunity to get all your mates together, there is always an Xbox mate and a PlayStation mate and a pc mate (me in this case)
Cross play is superb and should be a standard in all console games pc should be able to be filtered out but it should be standard that consoles can play together.

You're laughing but I know how he feels. Was playing with 2 mates last night, came up against a full trio squad. I downed and finished 2 before getting killed off the 3rd, who I took all the armor off of.
My 2 mates proceeded to get killed by him.
I was laughing BECAUSE I know what he means. I have two or three different sets of people I play with and it changes the experience so much. I’m not saying I’m amazing by the way, far from it but some I play with are so bad they make me nervous even before we’ve landed if I see squads coming in with us.
Apex is a lot more fun imo.
I’n definitely the mate who gets killed in nearly all 1v1 gun fights in a squads game. Somehow I just have really poor positional awareness and always seem to get killed before I can react. Not to mention I’m terrible with any gun that has any sort of recoil. I still enjoy the game though, despite spending most of the time spectating my mates.
Weirdly enough I do much better at solos. I don’t know if the quality is worse but I find it easy to win 1v1s and play better tactically. I won my first solos yesterday with 12 kills, massively lucky for the most part, but I’ve got 7-10 kills in solos a fair few times yet I very rarely get above 5 kills in a squads game
No way, not for me anyway, and not for anyone else I know who plays this. Apex is just typical BR. Warzone has an unpredictability and madness to it that other BR's do not. There is so much ridiculous shit you can do that constantly keeps it fresh. I used to play Apex a bit with friends and just found it a bit samey, overall.
Couldn’t disagree more tbh. The movement in Apex plus the different abilities make it way more playable. CoD is boring as hell.
I'm gonna give AR/SMG a go. What is it you prefer about the MP7? It's one of my favourite guns on hc mp but hard to know how it translates to Warzone. Thankfully I have plat SMGs so can play around with em easily.
Yeah that kinda thing happens so often with me. I'm wondering how the feck they manage it til I get to spectate and they don't look in the right direction, make terrible (and slow) decisions, and the shooting is woeful if they're panicked.
One of the worst ones insists on using a sniper overkill loadout. Like mate, you don't need to be shooting those guys miles away causing us no issues, but you do need ghost more than most

I have one mate that's terrified of us landing anywhere near people. Don't me wrong, it can be good landing somewhere on your own and getting nice and set up, but the fun is kind of in the shooting people. Sometimes we'll land, get semi set up in peace, and a team will come along and wipe through us because of what I mentioned previously, and he'll be saying "I knew we shouldn't have landed there".
sounds familiar. I have a friend who avoids confrontation like the plague. His marker is always well away from the others and he sometimes gets ratty with us for ‘causing trouble’!!!

I have it set up with maximum hip fire accuracy, so can just run in a room and spray without slowing down. I also have the RAM7 set up for long distance with a 4x scope on it. I basically refuse to use any other gun, the only thing that kills as quick is the 10 round mag M4.
I always insist on an early load out to get overkill and then have ghost once that first circle closes.
I pretty much only play warzone (just MP to level up guns when I need to do it more quickly). The Grau minces people at mid to linger ranges, but with the detection systems in Warzone, I think it's quite important to run with Cold-blooded and ghost, so I have an RPG as a secondary.
The Fennec does sound good, not sure how I'd use it in warzone though as we generally try to engage at more distance.

. I avoid confrontation as much as possible. If they stick with me, I can get into the top 10 most of the time. Then get stuck in to the last circle. I let everyone kill each other and I'll clean up.Not bigger unfortunately. Its a 12 round burst. Apparently very good if you're accurate but I imagine it is not for the majority of players
I only choose overkill for the first loadout drop that we always buy then get ghost on at the free drop at the end of the closing of the first circle. I have other loadouts prepared for when I jump back in from the gulag
Interesting I'll probably give it a try, but would have enjoyed a bigger mag more.
Yeah I have a fully loaded for if I drop back in near the end. And two main loadouts for first and second drops, the first of which used to have restock and the second ghost. At the mo both have ghost.
The Fennec is phenomenal. I have 45 round mags and a monocle red dot on and I still get basically instant ADS. Don't even bother with sleight of hand. The Grau is required for WZ but honestly, in normal multiplayer you also just use the Fennec at range and it still performs disgustingly well. Probably the fastest weapon I got to gold with.
You can make a pretty disgusting setup with the hollowpoint rounds that fire two shots and attachments to turn it into range which is getting really good reports in WZ but I haven't tried it there yet.

I have recently started watching HusKerrs who streams on twitch and uploads on youtube. The guy is insane -
