Bruno Fernandes | United not interested due to doubts over passing ability

He is the master of the weighted pass. He reads the game very well. perfect breaking up play. An excellent box to box player.
Not a goal scorer like Scholes.
But to say he is limited is ridiculous.
Exactly we wouldn't have won all our EPL titles over the last few years without him.

We would not have won all those titles without Pogba either.
No we wouldn't. That's why we need more creativity in the team. Why we are going after the likes of Bruno and Dybala. We also need to replace Matic. I think replacing Matic is far more important than replacing Herrera.

Maguires the last deal for United this window. Apart from maybe Darmian or Rojo being sold before the end of August. Gonna be stuck with 2 players who don't wanna be there. Great for morale.

Simply
The squad has been allowed to rot in addition to 3 idiotic managerial appointments.

No team can have 3 top quality midfield players. We were fortunate to have Keane and Scholes.
Pogba/Ander and a prime Matic with a decent defence and a reliable Striker could have got us the title.

Now we need to rebuild the entire midfield. Pogba though quality does not want to be here.

I believe Ole is the right man. But we have a board which is only interest in short term profits.

any room at the inn? A sizeable contingent are looking shelter

No Dybala must mean we're in for Bruno surely.
Surely, we obviously want a certain type of creative midfielder so dropping interest in one and still not singing the other doesn’t make any sense.

Would be fecking hilarious if he rejects us now and goes to Spurs since we wanted Dybala ahead of him.

If it was between him and Dybala, I always said I'd prefer Bruno. If we can get him and Mandzukic, and still offload Lukaku I'd call that a success.

Even if we get this guy which is possible given Di Marzio’s comments last week, we still need a holding midfielder. We haven’t even replaced Herrera. The neglect of our midfield is just that: pure negligence.

Any chance Sporting fancy picking up the slack that Dybala dropped for Juve and would consider a swap deal for Lukaku?

Would people take Longstaff and a creative CM before Thurs or is he not suitable for that kind of role

But to say he is limited is ridiculous.

Phrases in football have to be in relation to the level in question.
You see people describe our centre backs as "crap" for instance, which is ridiculous.
They're only "crap" in relation to being top 4 team defenders for instance (arguably).

I'd say Herrera is "Limited" as a midfielder for a team looking to win things.

It'll be interesting to see if he cuts it as a regular in PSG's team. Although their league is weaker for one thing.

Think this move is purely being touted by Sporting led media briefings in an effort to whip up an auction. I wouldn't be surprised if there have been no real talks whatsoever.

Any move for Longstaff sounds dead, but like James, it is investment in potential. Fernandes would give us some quality in midfield... and we really must sort investment in this area before Thursday.

No journalist with links to United has broken ANY stories about Bruno. Quite the opposite, in fact. They've all been reporting that the club are getting annoyed by the constant speculation.

This move is not happening. We have zero interest in Bruno.

It's a story that was pulled out of thin air in order to hype the player on behalf of the selling club. And you know what? It bloody worked! 163 pages based on bullshit, and half the transfer forum have been tricked into believing he's the next coming of Bobby Charlton.
