You could make a very long compilation of us conceding chances/goals due to him needlessly losing the ball in our half. It’s so frustrating.

Exactly this. As much as I love the fact that he's a chance-creating machine, a proper playmaker should be able to do that without the cost of also creating chances for the opponent. His annoying little flicks that never come off and his inevitable 6-7 long ball passes that very clearly isn't going to work out has to change. I agree, though, there are so many chances and goals conceded because of him, and so many posters ignore this. Yes, he creates a lot of chances, but with the amount of freedom he has, it would be really strange if he didn't. Created some good chances last night, but had a really poor game overall.

Too chaotic. Sometimes we need that, but last night it was just a poor performance.

He should have had at least two assists. Not easy assists either. Can't be that poor.

His sloppiness I've come to accept. Just wish he could find his shooting boots.

He needs to learn when to keep it simple. I love his creativity in the final third but in and around our box he needs to keep it simpler and stay composed, especially with the lack of DMs available.

The first goal was his fault, the same error again and again. Stops the ball, waits fare too long, gets trapped and instead of the long ball, he tries to force his way through 2 or 3 players, or plays a risky pass. He has to take care of the ball in our own half.
He caused too much trouble with such bad decisions, someone has to tell him that we are loosing players and matches because of him.

I thought he was shocking in the first half. I love him as a player but the truth is the truth and as a player he is the biggest individual reason we found ourselves struggling so much yesterday.

One for him to give his head a shake.

His crossing ranges from being brilliant to laughably underhit, i don't get it with him sometimes. I've been pretty happy with him this season tbh, but this showed his low points, struggling when pressed, panicked and forcing it too much.

I’ll never understand why this guy’s church has so many followers. False prophet

A lot of fans in the comments didn't like this video but in my view it was a fantastic piece that highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of Bruno. Myself and others have been beating this drum for a few years and always been met with resistance. Bruno's lack of ball carrying and keeping the ball in tight spaces will forever limit the ceiling of this team. It's such an important skill and to lack that in his position is a glaring weakness. Its possible that this could be covered by getting De Jong or someone similar but I still don't think so.

Having said that, at this moment in time his creativity is far too important to think about replacing him now or even in the summer but after that I see us fully transitioning to a possession team without him.

Meh. Poor video. Glad that 98% of the population disagreed whilst like 2 people loved the video.

People think Possesion football can only be played the way Pep wants it.

If ten Hag didn’t want him he has Eriksen, Sancho and VDB to play at CAM but he played every bloody game and was made captain

Getting rid of our Captain would be so funny if Ten Hag does it !! Shouldn’t have made him captain.

I think we should start planning for him to be rotated out of the side in the next 18 months.
Yep. So do I.Problem is, he is probably the only position we don’t have anyone else to play in since Lingard left. So Bruno never gets rotated.Maybe ETH is planning to play Sancho as a 10 though.

Have you even watched it? Nowhere in the video do they say that ten Hag doesn't want him.

Agree. We'll never control games with him in the team.

Leeds United 0:2 Man Utd
He looked drunk.

A disasterclass where Weghorst looked much better as a #10.

Spent a lot of the game hiding. Which I wouldn’t usually accuse him of even in his worst moments. When the midfield and defence can’t progress the ball he needs to be coming deeper to get on the ball.

Another game where the opposition are tight and don't allow him space and he completely crumbles. A No.10 with nonexistent press resistance is too big of a limation. He gives the ball up as soon as it comes to him which either leads to a turnover of possession or a rushed pass.

He also has no strength to hold off anyone on him. The last game was on the CMs for our lack of control but this game was on Bruno IMO. Wout showed how others could be brought into the game when EtH moved him there.

He reminds me a bit of women in my life - super frustrating week in week out, decision making well beyond my understanding, still love them to bits.

This is not a game Bruno will want to look back on. Should have scored in the first half and made a lot of bad decisions. I am a huge Fernandes cheerleader. Can only hope he's better on Thursday.

He had a bad game imo but tbf imo it's rather not his fault but our midfield. He was heavily marked and tackled through through the game and there was no Eriksen or Casemiro to share the burden. Fred and Sabitzer were literally non existent when it comes to progress the ball or create anything. No wonder we struggled so much.

His rate of 2/3 shocking games at United should be assessed ASAP if we ever want to challenge for anything. He's wodnderful first seasoned where he scored a lot of penalty goals which worked hugely in his favour of a undrppable player is hurting us big time. He really should be a squad player nothing more. At the very least we should get a proper no10 as a competition to kick up his arse and stop whining. He really is such a pussy these days.

It's always the same with Bruno, he's off he just didn't made that key pass today.

He set up Garnacho he shouldn't have cut onto his left.

But he was poor for me with his finishing, nonetheless his energy created the second chance for himself

He is too inconsistent, it would be great if we could sign top midfielder and rotate Bruno with Eriksen who is generally much better passer and should easily replace his numbers, IMO. 4 assists in premierleague in his position really isn't impressive, especially knowing how many easy assists he misses due to short/overhit passes

Messes up so many potential easy passes and chances we should be creating that I wonder how would we do if we had someone else similar quality but more consistent playing there.

He does some other good things though, his running is underrated and he is always everywhere, but we are missing goals up front, and I don't think Bruno helps our flow in attack at all.

His attitude and work ethic is second to none. But his passing it's either brilliant or shit, no in between.

Yeah that's how I see it. And it's annoying cos when there's momentum gathering on us he's trying killer balls even if it's a 5% chance of succeeding rather than recycling the ball and giving us a breather

Should've scored today and unlucky to get an assist. Probably on par with Rashford in terms of performance over the past couple of games, both productive but suffering with the personnel behind them

You guys just need to just tart having honest conversations about this guy. All this "yeah, he's shite, but still love him" - just comes off incredibly disingenuous considering the stick other players get

I don't think this team will truly fulfil it's potential with such an erratic player at it's core

Not at his best but still always creates match winning chances. Think he's suffering a lot without much midfield support.
He created one chance for Garnacho, but let's be honest, it was as simple pass as it gets.
Bruno had a poor game. Happens when he gets pressed heavily. The thing I was worried more was that we were completely out of shape when attacking, he wasn't so involved as usually
