That’s actually where you could’ve seen it — he never worried when he was taking penalties before, but with Cristiano waited in behind him, ready to take his turn when he misses, Bruno visibly shivered. That’s on Bruno though, Cristiano did everything right in that case.

fans are emotional. Look at all threads. Even go through McTominay’s or Dalot for instance. A couple of good games last season, they got praised and people talk about them being capable of making a difference. Their form dip (their standard for me) and everyone slaughters them.

fans should just take a step back and think about the player objectively without emotions. Bruno is a very good player with certain attributes that need improvement. He also needs a functional team with proper CMs behind him. I know he’s good, I’ve seen it, no speculation here

I always felt he received all the attention for the teams upturn in form in his first season. I think he had the biggest impact but then the likes of Shaw, Martial, Greenwood, Rashford, Pogba, Matic all played big parts. As for the season we finished second he was terrible from January onwards and only penalties really covered the cracks. He’s been poor since his first 10 months here
 
He's still a good player further up the pitch but he works so much better with martial or a striker of his ilk rather than Ronaldo.

Bruno is capable of a press and his creativity is crucial in certain games. An attacking quartet of a bruno, rashford, Sancho and martial and still work, if coached well
 
Needs to get his shit together and fast.He's supposed to be a big player for us and he's letting us and himself down for the longest time now.ETH won't tolerate this for very long,nor should he.Get it together Bruno or step aside.

that’s unfair. The team was doing well and he was the star of the team. All the names you mentioned were good, but he was the best week in week out. That’s why i always say, he will be great in a functioning team. There is a precedent here, not just hope.

He’s been poor since December of his second season. Week in week out poor. Consistently.

Some reports from questionable sources that Ten Hag really tore into him after Brentford. Could possibly end up dropped tonight?
 
I'd like to see him dropped in the current lineup, but potentially played alongside Casemeiro. It just might be enough yin and yang to help him flourish.
 
His career path reminds me of Delle Alli. World at his feet. Unstoppable. Then just turned to shit in a single summer. So weird.

Lots of questionable moments with the ball and a few brilliant one but his second half was excellent when it comes to effort.
 
Ran his socks off, it wasn't the best game but he gave his all and I am sure ETH will appreciate it.

Acted like a total bellend which is always quite amusing when it's your team and the clock is on your side.
 
Effort isn't enough. His passing was awful and honestly he's a fecking crybaby and I hate these kind of players.
 
That pass attempt at the end was a disgrace, could’ve thrown away the game there. Take it to the corner and see the game out.
 
Created excellent chance for Elanga but for me his work off the ball was just amazing. He had few very poor moments which could have cost us the game but when it comes to effort, he always leads from the front.

He should cut down those silly mistakes, I hope he gets proper recovery session. Doubt he has any energy left to even drive home.

That pass was for Ronaldo, I am sure he would be bollocked for it from Ronaldo if he didn't try it.

If he had gotten booked for refusing to give up the ball after being booked for an obvious dive, it would be the dumbest double yellow ever.
